Even if it's not a pandemic, this procedure must be followed. It's mind boggling to me how people think it's ok to reach out to their children No one will miss the sign since it's big enough to be seen from a distance.
Using this sign is the best way to politely remind people not to touch babies they did not adopt. COVID in particular is a great event! It would have been nice if the font had been darker.
