It says 43" in the manual. I wish I had known before I purchased it. My grandson, who is ten pounds under the maximum weight but 45 inches tall, uses it. Tall and slender, with a slender figure. I take him to Disney with me in the stroller. His head is well above the back of the seat, but he still has a few inches of headroom under the stroller hood. He can fit and ride fairly comfortably, and if he's really tired, he can even curl up and sleep a little. When he's in it and sitting normally, however, he's forced to keep his feet on the strap between the wheels, which isn't his natural position. He has a habit of forgetting and landing on his feet. Despite the fact that it tears up his sneakers, causes drag when I try to push, and occasionally causes the stroller to catch and pitch him forward, I have yet to find another stroller that will fit his height.
I believe it would fit in the j Childress airplane check bag for umbrella strollers that we have.
No, you won't be able to use a car seat with this stroller.

This is my personal favorite because it has so much storage. We recently took a family trip to Legoland, and it accommodated all of our needs perfectly. It's very durable; I've used it on elevators, in theme parks, water parks, inside my home library, and in the mall (with clothes piled on it!). ), at the aquarium, and have yet to find a location where this does not work. br>Pros: br>Doesn't fall over when you take the baby out, even with the giant Columbia diaper backpack hanging from the handlesbr>Can stuff clothes, beach towels, sunscreen, etc underneath, older siblings water bottles on the side, phone and keys in back Velcro pocket, hang the backpack from the handles and it still doesn't fall apartbr>Folds fairly easily, only a few steps and a nice handle to pick it upbr>Lays back for baby to nap (we did My husband and I aren't particularly tall (5'5 and 6'), but my father (6'3) said the height of the handles impressed him. br>Easy buckle The Graco ones, where you had to slide the top part in first to buckle the five point harness, were never one of my favorites. It's great for getting the baby out, but it adds an extra step when it's time to put them back in. The shoulder straps are already swiveled to the waist straps on this stroller, so it buckles up quickly. br>The biggest pro is that the huge canopy unzips to allow it to fold down in front of the baby for maximum shade while she sleeps. I threw a light blanket over the back to peek at her, and it was fantastic! This was the largest canopy I could find without shelling out a fortune. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. br>A little on the large side for an umbrella stroller, but I knew that going in and decided to sacrifice the size for the storage space. br>Still takes up a good amount of space in the back of our SUV (see pic, Chevy Traverse)br>Cup holder for parents might not fit everyone's favorite cup (I ended up putting her bottles in there anyways, but it would easily hold a Dasani bottle sized cup)br>Perhaps the colors I'm trying to think of more cons, but we really like this stroller, so it's difficult!br>br>The baby is only 11 months old and it fits her perfectly; we'll see how it goes as she gets older (I know some of the reviews complained about the seat being too small for an older preschooler). br>I always look for pictures with reviews when I buy online, so I've tried to include some that might be useful. Please feel free to ask any questions, and if I am able, I will try to send/upload additional photos to assist! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The stroller continues to function flawlessly. We've taken it on several flights and checked it at the gate, and Baby is almost two years old and still fits perfectly in it. It's been all over Washington, DC for a family trip, and being able to push it right on to the subway or fold it up quickly to get on and off buses worked out great. If anything happens to this one, I'll have to get another one exactly like it because it's been so helpful!.
This one appealed to me because it folded up very compactly, almost like an umbrella stroller, and it reminded me of my previous Chicco stroller. But, unlike my Chicco stroller, this one has a lot of storage. Which will come in handy if you're spending 12 hours or more at a theme park with a toddler. I'm not a light packer myself, but I was ready for anything. All of this was able to be carried in this stroller. I thought the handlebar curvature was perfect, and the canopy on this stroller was better than any other I'd tried. It perfectly shielded my son from the Florida sun while also keeping him dry during the frequent rain showers. When the fabric became wet, it dried quickly and was easily cleaned if my son spilled anything. This stroller comes highly recommended by me to all of my other mom friends who are planning a Disney vacation!.
I've owned a variety of strollers and conducted extensive research before settling on this one, and I couldn't be happier. I bought it to use with my four-month-old, but my four-year-old also fits perfectly and enjoys it. The seat is extremely spacious and well cushioned. It reclines extremely deeply and is incredibly simple to adjust up and down! The canopy is large and offers plenty of shade. I like the buckles on the seat because they are easy to adjust and there is nice padding around the straps and clasps. Even if you're tall, you won't have to hunch over the handles because they're nice and tall. It has a very smooth ride. And then there's the STORAGE! I'm pretty sure it has more storage than any other stroller I've ever owned. Even if it's a large full-size one. I love how my bag hangs so easily on the handles, as well as all of the pockets and large basket! Opening and closing it is also a breeze. It's not a light stroller, but it's a lot easier to maneuver than a large full-size stroller, which was like a Christmas present to me as a mom. It has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! You won't even notice the absence of a full-size stroller!.
The seat is higher than that of most umbrella strollers. It has a lot of storage space. The seat is thinner and angled a bit towards the floor than most umbrella strollers, so the baby appears to be leaning forwards towards the floor and the thin seat does not support their entire buttocks. It appears that the babies' underwear is dangling from the stroller. The entire time they were in this stroller, they screamed. I was so disappointed because I was looking for an umbrella stroller with additional storage. The seat is also devoid of any kind of cushioning. Metal rails are only covered with a thin layer of polyester. It's incredible that so much thought went into the storage aspect, but no one considered the seat or the possibility that a live baby would ever need to use it. If the baby can't sit comfortably and safely in it, it's completely useless. I returned it for a refund right away. I hope this helps save time and money for another parent.
My favorite Summer Infant umbrella stroller is the 3D Lite convenience stroller, which I'll mention right away. br>br>However, returning to the Summer Infant 3D tote, it is exceptionally well constructed- It has a high-end appearance and feel to it. The style is contemporary and fashionable. It's jam-packed with pockets, compartments, pouches, and storage options (see photos). A nice shade canopy with a peek-through window to see the baby, a secure buckle harness, soft strap covers, and a simple reclining seat system- There is no tension on the cord. I like how easy it is to push and turn the cup holder. dislikes: br>dislikes: dislikes: dislikes: dis When folded, it is not ultralight, does not stay folded compactly, is difficult to open and close (fold/unfold), and has a large overall frame. If weight is a concern, this umbrella stroller is not as light as other umbrella strollers. br>br>Finally, if you require a large underneath basket and numerous storage options, I would recommend this stroller.
