There's a tab on the stroller seat, and beneath it, if you can call it that, is another tab. The tab that says "lift" is pulled upwards towards you, and the stroller folds up by itself.

I really like how light it is. My son is enamored with the colors and illustrations. He's been at ease in it since the beginning. It is an extremely cost-effective mode of transportation. Worst is something that should be outlawed! Not at all suitable for children under the age of one! One of the most dreadful! I had a horrible experience, and I'm still amazed at how they were able to sell! The car seat belts have stopped working, and despite my complaints, the seller has not responded! I had a horrible time!

Problems with folding

It's nice and simple to put together, but it's a pain to fold. To fold it, you have to reach almost to the bottom of the basket, and my husband keeps getting smacked in the head with the handle every time he tries. 😅.

The carseat is too big to fit in the base. This was purchased for my daughter's baby shower. Because her carseat was damaged, she can only use the stroller.

I adore this mode of transportation! My daughter will love the pattern. I'm looking forward to putting it to good use! The only drawback is that it does not include an additional pillow for support, but I would still recommend it.
