No way was I going to pay $200+ for a monitor that needed battery replacements every two weeks. For this device, I get about two months out of the batteries. A baby monitor does not need to cost me that much so I can find out if my baby is hot or cold because he will wake me up and let me know. As far as breathing scares go, this was the perfect solution. The first time my husband and I got the report, we hadn't realized how stressed we were about our baby not breathing while sleeping. It felt so good to sleep after so much weight had been lifted off of our shoulders. It was too much trouble to put their babies in pants or jammies with buttons, some parents said. The jammies were zipped up, so you couldn't clip it to them. Someone gave my child an ugly pair of shorts, so I just took off the elastic waistband. Clipping it onto his clothes is easy since it slips over his clothing. It's kind of like a little stretchy belt that you can pull up or down to avoid getting in the way of their zipper when you change their diaper. If you want, you can take it off and slip it back on after you are finished. Getting to sleep is easy peasy!.

We bought this piece of sanity for a little mental refreshment, and it did not disappoint! I haven't experienced any false alarms, and I stay on, she doesn't seem to mind. It has been 5 weeks since I bought it and the battery is still strong. We love that it keeps her awake if we need to with lights, sounds, and vibrations. The socks are not nearly as impressive as this one!.

Sleeping peacefully without worrying has been made possible by this product. There is no need for an app, so there is no Bluetooth! I like that the alarm is loud enough to wake you and it is not too sensitive that it picks up vibrations in the room like another one we tested earlier. Our daughter started to react to my touch because her breathing was very low. After a false alarm, I am convinced that it was just low breathing. Generally, I would prefer waking up to a false alarm over one that actually wakes me up, so that's fine! I wish it didn't have to be clipped on the way it does, because she has to wear pants or shorts over her onesie. The battery comes with two, which is very nice, and we are still using the first one, so the battery life is quite.

Initially I was considering this device against the owlet baby monitoring sock, but after reading mixed reviews on the owlet (particularly as a result of false alarms), I decided to go with this less expensive and simpler device. Despite the high technology, this product still proved to be extremely useful. It also helped me save money. Putting my son in his crib is extremely stressful for me because his crib is right across from our bed. Before I ever gave birth, I knew I would have major anxiety about it. A first-time mother like me would probably wake up every hour to see if the infant is In spite of this, this device has been adapted for use in cribs It is a pleasant experience to sleep. Regardless of the fact that baby sleeps in a onesie, I simply gather a little material around the belly button to create a crease or flap onto which I can clip this device. I've been using it for years. It hasn't given me a false reading since I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. It has buzzed and sounded an alarm once or twice after I set it down when I forgot to turn it off after I removed it. So, I know it works because I forgot to turn it off when I removed it. It is a good idea to recommend this for all anxious/cautious new parents, as they need all the sleep they can get. Take advantage of this device and get some sleep - happy.

Having peace of mind is one of the best things about this product. Seeing that blue flashing light in the middle of the night that indicates that baby is fine is such a relief. Additionally, it is highly sensitive, which has resulted in some false alarms, but I am OK with that since my baby is sensitive to a great deal. Update

My concerns regarding clip security were promptly addressed by the company in a polite manner. am aware that I have recommended the Oma Sense to a lot of new mom friends and I am satisfied with my purchase. When I bought this, my daughter was yet to be It took us a week to get used to it after birth. ONE time it did what it was supposed to do! Once that is done (with an appropriate battery), the sound would occur every 15 minutes. In addition to not sleeping, I also became more anxious due to this.
