As of the time we moved in, the internet was not installed, we weren't familiar with the electronics and switches inside, and all of the items were in boxes (and still are). It saved our lives! This HelloBaby monitor literally made all the difference! Due to the fact that it does not rely on a wireless or internet connection, we were able to set it up right on the crib for a no-fail overview of the nursery. The monitor we used was the perfect fit for our needs. The project was successful, and we are pleased with the results. The problem is that we only have this for 2 days. Having owned the monitor for 5 months now, the monitor has started triggering a lot of glitches, the screen has been going crazy tonight, and we're losing constant connection in places the monitor has never had trouble in the past. We are very disappointed because we spent around $80 for a monitor that we could not even last a year. The baby camera I have is great. It is nice and wide and clear on the screen. I really like the feature that lets you pan and tilt since my family has other kids and pets, so it is nice to be able to see what is going on. There is a great volume on this device and it can be set pretty high if you are watching a show and still want to hear if baby woke The battery on the handheld device lasts a long time, so you don't have to charge it so often. It is great that this comes in a beige color since this is much more aesthetically pleasing than other baby cams.

Overall, I do not like this product. The picture and night vision are good, but overall I do not like it. During the first two weeks I had that monitor, I turned it on and off several times before it went black. However, the camera now does not stay connected to the monitor after a replacement was sent right away. Approximately every other minute, a message appears saying that the monitor has been disconnected. This monitor and both of these others were returned to be replaced by a different monitor.
