In a nutshell Despite the fact that the Velcro closure appears to lock, this feature is completely ineffective.
What a great idea! We purchased them for my two kids so they can take them on a plane trip across the country. The only two of us are at the airport, so I wanted to have these along so they don't It's amazing how good the locking mechanism works! Several people are posting reviews about how they don't work since you can just undo the Velcro underneath the lock, making it useless. The child can't put the wrist in it if it is indeed in there. I love it. This is an excellent set of tools!.
We have worn it for about an hour during walks without any issues, but initially getting the wrist straps on can be a bit frustrating for wiggly children with sensory issues, but after some practice it is pretty easy to put on.
I had it just in time for my Disney trip with my family. You can keep your little one close and safe with them. In a crowd, I never had to worry about losing them.
Nowadays, we have so many scary things to expose our children to! You will never have to worry about someone kidnapping your child, or them running away from you again!.
I really love that my little girl never complains about something she wears being uncomfortable then I know she has a great wardrobe! Whenever we find new ones, people stop us to ask where they came from! It is more than worth it and the price is amazing. You will not be disappointed!.
It seems to work fine. Having three children, I know how difficult that can be. I used this technique on two of them. There should have been a way to connect both to one arm instead of having to wear each one on each wrist. That was somewhat frustrating.
As long as the child doesn't figure out how to unlock them, they are very comfortable and they work well until they figure out that it is only necessary to turn the "lock" gently with a finger.
