  My tent arrived today, and I'm 34 weeks pregnant. My husband was at work, and I couldn't wait for him to get home so we could start putting the tent together. It only took me ten minutes, so it was a quick supper. My cat has been getting into the baby crib since we put it together, and she's even taken naps in it, which is crazy! I bought four different types of netting from Amazon and had to return them all because she was still able to get in! This tent, on the other hand, kept her out of the crib. I even had a baby camera in it, which drew her attention a few times, but she eventually gave up trying to get to it. Hopefully, she won't be able to jump on it and take the tent down with her.

We were able to get back to sleep as a result of this. So, my two-and-a-half-year-old jumped out of his crib the other night. We put him in a toddler bed out of fear of him being hurt. Hell for three nights. We couldn't even get him to stay in his new bed, let alone get him to sleep. He was simply too small for a toddler bed. We considered installing a gate in his doorway, but what about nap time? There was no way he would sleep in his toddler bed. So, after three nights of not sleeping, I tried to persuade him to return to his bed. We had to order this tent out of desperation. To be honest, it appears amusing, but it actually works. We're not going to win any awards for the cutest toddler rooms, but we're sleeping soundly once more! He is unable to escape. The whole thing is made of a jumble of fabric. In a crib or toddler bed, the tent is placed beneath the mattress. The crib's sides are then pulled up. At the bottom and top, the sides are attached to the four corners of the crib posts. Then there's a tangled mess of a pop-up tent that crisscrosses the top. We reassembled the crib to give the front and back more support, but it also states that it can be used as a toddler bed. It would require a point to which the side could be attached. To get the baby/toddler out of the top, there is a zipper. I'm blown away by how well this thing functions. He didn't like it at first, but he has grown accustomed to it now. But he can't get out, and he's safe inside, with a mess similar to the sides of a pack and play. I recommend this to all sleep-deprived, worried parents who are having similar problems; it works, and my toddler is safe, and we can all sleep again.

5 of us share a room, and our little guy loves getting out of his crib every night (or at least every other night). 3 a. ) and we were unable to persuade him to return! He enjoys surprising his sister by jumping on her bed, which frightens her to death. So she screams and cries, and he becomes enraged because she screamed at him, and he begins to scream as well. Every. Single. Night. In the previous three years, 4 months. We couldn't come up with a way to keep him in the house. Finally, this crib tent was suggested by a thorough lesson search. Although it was pricey, I figured $120 was a small price to pay for a good night's sleep. We tried it out last night, and both kids thought it was really cool when we set it up, and our daughter was envious that her brother had gotten a tent while she didn't. Then, when it was time for him to go to bed, he yelled "mommy, mommy!" and broke my heart a little. I'm stuck, and I need your help! "But he fell asleep quickly and didn't get out of bed or even try for the rest of the night!" The only thing that bothered him was the fact that he couldn't just come out and find us when he awoke. But it was nice because I'm trying to teach them to go to bed at a reasonable hour. It's only been one night (and one that included a full night's rest!). ) but so far I'm impressed. I could already see our boy's wheels turning as he tried to figure out how to get out, but I think he'll be fine. I'll keep you updated if he manages to free himself. It is, however, sturdy, simple to put together (or pop up, as the case may be), and well made. This item made me very happy, and I'm glad I bought it. My husband initially objected to the price, but now that we haven't had a monkey escape from the zoo the night before, I believe he's on board. Let's hope it's still worth the money in the future.

Falling on a tile floor isn't an option, and a wandering toddler in a 2500 square foot house at night isn't either. This is extremely safe, and we installed it when our little three-footer's mind appeared to be about to switch on the climbing light. We reasoned that if we put it up before the escape plan takes place, he'll never know there was an escape plan in place before the tent was put up. I recommend allowing this to air out for three or four days before installing it; it does smell, but it goes away after three or four days. The only problem we've had with it is the baby monitor. We messed around and figured out a way to make it work, but in order to see through the netting, our monitor camera has to sit directly on top of it. It doesn't work if you hang it on the wall and look down at the crib tent. I'll take a photo of our camera and how it appears on the monitor and post it here. We like this tent because it gives us peace of mind that our son will not fall out or climb out. We felt it was well worth the money to have peace of mind until our son was three years old and ready to transition to a toddler bed.
