Extra pads are useless if you buy a basic tent. I like how it looks and how light it is. We used it to transport our 12-pound dog to the beach, and it had plenty of room! The materials were excellent; they were simple to fold once you got the hang of it, and the stakes did an excellent job of keeping the tent in place. The deluxe option is not worth the extra money - Simply purchase the essentials and place a blanket or towel on the floor! br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- Because of the mesh sidings, sand blasts directly into the tent when there is a strong wind. br>- I was underwhelmed by the cooling padbr>- The bottom pad didn't impress me either, so I returned it and will be purchasing the basic version instead.

Unless you have a fantastic baby who will stay still and sleep while refusing to be held, this makes little sense. I believe it is far more practical to purchase a larger tent so that an adult can sit inside and feed, nurse, or otherwise care for the baby if it becomes fussy. The larger one seems to make more sense to me - That way, you can even put the baby's walker underneath the tent so it can see what's going on. This is simply my viewpoint.

So far, the tent has met my expectations. I was looking for a simple portable crib and came across the Joovy Gloo, which is a great dupe. Having said that, I would have preferred the Joovy to this. The mattress pad is about the same thickness as a comforter and is slightly smaller than the tent's bottom. Also, there isn't a pocket in which to store it. There is a ground pad that would protect from sticks, but it is extremely unsightly. It's completely out of place with the tent. Overall, this tent isn't particularly luxurious, but it will suffice; on the other hand, the Joovy Gloo is well-designed and includes all of the features you'll require. You'll want it even more if you watch a video of it. But $119! This will work at almost three times the current rate. Just give your product a little more thought, Overcrest.

When I first got this tent, I was completely enamored with it. After watching the YouTube video and reading some of Hood's other reviews, it was incredibly simple to use and close. Unfortunately, after the second use, the tent's wires burst, rendering it useless. It also poses a threat to the baby's safety. Thankfully, the company sent a replacement, and I'm hoping it's better than the first. But, unfortunately, I have no choice but to write my review based on my limited experience with the tent. If the second one is better, I'll post an update. Best of luck to us!.

This tent was great because it was light and worked well for our beach trip. The cooling mat was particularly appealing to me. I can't seem to get the hang of folding everything back into the carrying bag. There are anchors included that we used in the sand, though it wasn't a particularly windy day, so I'm not sure how well they would hold you- I'm not sure what to say about that.

The pad that came with it was smaller than the enclosure's bottom, which I found odd but not disastrous. I'm going to use it in a wooded area, so that's more important to me than if I'm going to use it on grass or a beach (softer ground). It's small and folds up easily, and everything fits neatly into the bag.

To put our child in this tent, it simply pops up. Bugs and sunlight are kept at bay. It's a little tricky to fold back up the right way, but it's not a major issue. Because of the mat, I gave it a four-star rating. I dislike the fact that the mat does not attach to anything and that carrying two extra mats is inconvenient. They are also very easy to move around. I don't want to put the mats underneath the tent because I don't want them to get dirty, so I've been laying my child on a towel inside the tent.

The first attempt failed miserably. I returned it and received one that was not. A liner, changing pad, case, and tent stakes were included in the second one. I'm not sure what went wrong the first time, but the zippers were sewn in incorrectly, and the tent and a case were the only items in the box. br>br>We were pleasantly surprised when the second box arrived. It's sturdy enough for a baby, thankfully. We'll keep you updated if things go south, but for the time being, we're content.
