Good product, poor customer service

The product is good for the price, but my problem is with the seller, not with the product. When it arrived, one of the pieces was broken. Amazon contacted them, and they responded with a message requesting that I confirm which piece was broken so that they could send a replacement part; I confirmed which piece was broken and sent a photo. They stated that the broken piece would be shipped out in two days. 3 days. I contacted them to inquire about the part after more than a week and received no response. I texted them again three days later. They finally responded the next day with a tracking number and the information that it had already been shipped. They must have overlooked the fact that I can see the date it was shipped - I finally received a response to my two messages on the same day. Their customer service is not satisfactory.

It's extremely durable and well-made. The directions are well-written and simple to understand. What's more, all of the holes were drilled properly, and all of the pieces were included. The assembly took approximately 15 minutes. I like how the back is slotted into the sides, top, and bottom instead of being tacked on. br>br>Once put together, the cube has a lovely painted finish that is free of flaws. If you have several, you can stack them or stair step them to make a larger piece of furniture. br>br>Five out of five stars!.

Stackable and sturdy

The UTEX Toy Storage Organizer is a fantastic product. I bought this to help organize my son's toys because they seem to be all over the place, and the organizer was very simple to assemble. It took roughly 15 minutes to complete. The only tool I used was a handheld electric screwdriver, and it took me 20 minutes. The pieces and boards are labeled clearly, and the instruction booklet is simple to understand. It also includes a wall-mounting attachment to keep the organizer from falling over (which is especially useful if you buy multiples and stack them). The organizer is constructed of wood and appears to be quite durable. br>The photos provided by the seller are misleading. More than a few stuffed animals will fit in this organizer. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I could fit inside, especially since I also stack puzzles on top of it. It significantly reduces the amount of clutter in my son's room. I like that you can buy multiples of these and stack or place them next to each other to create a uniform look. br>Overall, I really like this organizer and would strongly recommend it.
