You can see what other reviewers have said. Beautiful crib, and it is a breeze to assemble-once you get past the incorrect steps. According to the instructions, the screw holes on Piece 3 need to be relocated closer to the floor, so your peg should end up closer to the floor (which is reversed from the instructions in the drawing). You'll be fine if you don't let that one fool you.
There is an upside down piece #3 in the instructions, as many have stated. This peg will be positioned at the bottom of the bar, not at the With the exception of that slight hiccup, this project went together rather easily. In general, it is a well-made, high-quality wood product that looks beautiful. I can't wait for my little bean to arrive! In my opinion, the wood has more texture than I anticipated, but I love it as part of.
Whenever I see this crib, I smile. As I mentioned, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the instructions to assemble it were TERRIBLY confusing. Multiple times I had to redo my work after putting it together! It took me three hours! I found the pictures very confusing, and even the explanations provided did not.

The task can be accomplished, but most likely it will take some patience since you will have to take it apart and put I have repeated the phrase nine In spite of what seems to be incorrect, the tiny front panel should have the two holes at the bottom (even though it is indicated in the booklet), and there is a specific order to place the "1" part even though it isn't indicated in the booklet. My eyes were glued to this thing most of the evening until it finally occurred to me. There is a possibility that the company could put better label stickers on the parts and include the instruction manual from their website (the one that comes with the crib is not very detailed).
In this case (the pegs are located on the top part of the board, with the holes located on the bottom, so that the crib is connected to the sides) nothing aligns properly, and we can't reach customer service.
