I love how soft it feels and how well it's made - Despite being constructed from organic cotton, it does not appear on the label of the product.
A 13 x 18 matrix is supposed to be used.
My travel size pillows are soft and comfortable, and I use them every night. It has proven to be very durable and it still retains its softness after many washings. The product I ordered was excellent.
