Using the method does not require that you use a specific sheet. The purpose for which I bought these is to use them on my full & double Bed that is twin sized. I think it's too big to be used with a toddler bed and crib that turns into a toddler bed.

Since she now has her own full-size bed (low to the floor), I climb in with her at bedtime to play, and then I finish the bedtime routine after she's asleep. You don't have to stay!
