I have been using this pillow for a few months now and that has changed in a big way. My sleeping bag gives me support no matter what position I'm in, so I'm not constantly moving throughout the night. As a result, I experience no hip pain when I sleep on my side anymore. I am so glad I finally bought one of these, and this one in particular looked like it would provide the most support, and it does. I can get into a lot more positions now without having However, I would have to say the only downside is that my bedroom is very hot, and it can get really hot if you are lying on one side with your back against the other, with the blanket covering you. In the first trimester, I was told not to lay flat on my back or stomach, or toss and turn too much. I was told to sleep on my side afterward. Having this bed at 38 weeks of pregnancy is great.
