Hello Janice,br>br>The OCCObaby Pregnancy Pillow can absolutely be used as an elevated wedge pillow for adults. It can be worn under the belly, between the knees, or behind the back to provide extra support and help reduce edema (swelling of the hands, legs, and feet). br>br>For varying levels of support where you need it, the reversible design uses a soft memory foam on one side and a firmer foam on the other. It also makes use of micro-controllers. holes in the pillow's foam layer allow air to circulate, keeping you cool and comfortable throughout the day and night. br>br>The ultra-soft Velboa cover is not only long-lasting and comfortable, but it's also machine-washable. br> br>If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know and we'll be happy to help. br>br>Kind Regards,br>br>Jonabr>Customer Care
YES! A pillow between my knees has always been a habit of mine. I bought it to help me sleep while I was pregnant. I began using it for my neck and knees after having the baby.
I washed and dried it with a regular load of laundry.

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and can honestly say that the OCCObaby pregnancy pillow wedge is a game changer in terms of getting a good night's sleep. I used to rely on a U-shaped cushion before the pillow. I needed a pregnancy pillow that elevated my belly a little to create LESS pressure/strain while sleeping on my left side, and this pillow did the trick! I would strongly suggest it.
An excellent pregnancy pillow! It's great for supporting the bump while lying on your side, and I've also used it between my knees. I used it underneath my son's bobby pillow for nap time when he was gassy after he was born, and it worked perfectly. If you're in the market for one, this one is well worth the money. It isn't particularly soft or cushy, but it is fairly firm and holds its shape well.
This is something I've used pretty much the entire time I've been pregnant. Because I toss and turn a lot in bed, it's not the most comfortable pillow to use in bed, but it's ideal for supporting my stomach when I'm laying on the couch.
Since I got it, I've had more restful nights' sleep than I had previously. I'm 7 months pregnant and felt like I was crushing my baby every time I was on my side until I discovered this bra, which provides just enough support without being uncomfortable. I would strongly advise any expecting mother to make this purchase. I also intend to use it after I give birth so that my baby can relax next to me:.
One of those large C-shaped C-shaped C-shaped C-shaped C-shaped C-shaped C shaped pregnancy pillows, which worked well until the last few weeks, when my belly grew significantly larger/heavier than before, and my back began to hurt when I lay down to sleep. 2- I used to wake up in the middle of the night. I've woken up three times from the pain and had a bad night's sleep each time. When I sleep, I tuck this wedge pillow under my belly button, and I sleep through the night with almost no back pain. The help has been fantastic. The softer side (there is also a harder/more supportive side) is what I prefer to use. It comes highly recommended!.
When I saw this wedge, I thought, "What the hell, I'll give it a shot," and I'm glad I did! It's extremely soft and comfortable, with just the right amount of firmness to support the bump while remaining comfortable, and it's not bulky! It's just the right size and provides just enough support.
The cover is soft and appears to be easy to clean. It was delivered quickly and in a good size. It's the perfect size for knee support, which I'm currently using it for.
I wasn't ready to buy a large pregnancy pillow yet, so I wanted to try this out first. Until I bought this, I was just laying against a regular body pillow, but I felt like I needed more support, and this provided it. I can now sleep with my head supported by a regular pillow. This is for my stomach. It definitely gives me the help I needed. Because it's not too bulky, I can still sleep with my boyfriend. I like that you can figure out exactly how much you need below your belly button for support. It's also big enough to accommodate future expansion. It gives me just the right amount of additional help.
