Selected User Reviews For SUPABOWL Baby Suction Bowls for Toddlers, Baby Bowls First Stage w Lids & Spoons
These bowls are very appealing to me. They're what we use to feed our baby. I'm not sure how well the suction works, but we're still feeding him, so we don't put the bowls out for him to grab. The spoons that came with it are nice, and we use them as spare spoons when we go to the babysitter or on vacation. Although the spoons stain easily, I have yet to find a non-staining baby spoon.
When I first read these reviews, people say the suction doesn't work, but I find the opposite to be true. br>I have to be careful when placing them on the counter if there is food inside because pulling them off the counter is a bit of a chore. br>br>They're ideal for keeping the food from spilling all over the high chair tables. br>If these were available in larger bowl sizes, I would definitely purchase them.
I purchased this for a new single mother who is attempting to work while caring for her children. I knew she would appreciate it, and when I opened the package, I thought, "These are so cute!" I placed them on my table and they stayed put. Nice and sturdy; planning to buy a few more for baby showers this summer. I've seen others in stores that aren't as well-made or as colorful as these; I'm sure she'll love it.
The bowls are still in use. They are sturdy and a good size for small children. They have lids, which I like, but if you're looking for suction, look elsewhere. My son has been able to wear them since the first day I bought them, and he was only 7 months old at the time. I've tried them on a few different surfaces and the suction is simply not strong enough. Even without a child pulling up on them, they feel sturdy when you first push them down and last about 2 minutes.
I'm in love with these bowls! My toddler has only recently begun to eat solid foods, so she never finishes a full container. I put half of it in the tiniest bowl, cover it, and store it in the refrigerator for the next day. The lids stay firmly in place. Suction on the bottom is also excellent. I like how vibrant the colors are. The spoons are absolutely fantastic! When they get hot, they change color, which I really like.
Suction is strong in these bowls. When we're feeding my grandson, he likes to cling to a spoon. While we're feeding him, he can dip his spoon into the bowl and "assist. " The bowl can be lifted and the suction broken with the help of a small tab. The lids are a perfect fit. These bowls were a hit with my wife's daughter. This was an excellent present.
