It's more convenient and cleaner than getting the floor dirty every day (like it is before), and it's pretty cute, too! The folding feature makes it easier to store when not in use, and I like the fact that I can just throw it into the washing machine when needed. This is a playmat that I purchased for my daughter to keep her off the carpet as we have dogs that shed a lot. This was something that I hoped would work but it did not. That is at least part of the But I do want to point out that it is waterproof, it has rubberized grips on the bottom that should help it stand up on wood floors, and it would be great for a drop cloth if your baby is messy. In regards to the playmat, how do you like it? I did not give my daughter much grip to try to scoot around on it since it got crumpled really quickly.
Thank you very much! It has been a month since I began using it and so far, I am very pleased with it. I was not sure whether I would like the material at first since it seemed very cloth-like and was not as wipeable and easy to keep clean as I anticipated. It turned out I was mistaken! It sounded interesting, so I gave it a go. A wipe is all you need to clean it, and the product is completely waterproof. With the bottom grippers, you won't need to worry about the rag slipping around while you wipe it. After each meal, I wipe it down and throw it in the washing machine. As if it were brand new after it's been cleaned. Hopefully it will continue to hold up well in the future!.
Mats like this are very useful. It is thin, adheres well to hardwood and laminate floors, is waterproof, has a huge surface area, and it is adorable! There are so many cute and fat animals in the images! In addition to pointing directly at them, my daughter loves to make animal sounds as she eats. I've been looking for a splat May for a while and this is the best one I've.
You should keep this in mind if you plan to hang your laundry indoors and do not want puddles. You might want to put a towel there. It may sometimes be difficult to get a good grip on certain textures when the fabric on top holds in. The same way you play with play-doh. It usually comes out after one or two washes when it goes in the wash. It doesn't really matter to me if it gets stained, that's just the way it is. Still, it is an issue worth considering.
