Having recently been diagnosed with gastroparesis, it is almost impossible to eat anything but liquids or purées. As far as I know, this is among the best flavors I have tried.
In looking for a product with more nutrition and less sugar, I settled on one that offered more nutritional value. It's hard to believe a snack with 4 grams of sugar is as good as a spoonful of sugar for my kid, but it's still the lowest I've found without having to look at an ingredients list.
