If you want to avoid wasting your money, simply don't do it. Iron content is 40% in the cereal I was sent, as opposed to 4% on the nutrition label on Amazon. That's how glad I am that I read the label before I accidentally poisoned my little one with iron. It would be helpful if I could get this up and running without leaving a negative review (this is only my second negative review on Amazon in at least 6 years), but I just saw that someone else complained about this exact issue already. It may have been forgivable if it weren't for that, or for the fact that this product is insanely overpriced At the very least, you'd expect to get what you pay Don't spend your money on useless things.
There is no reason why this product should be priced so high. My original purchase price was almost $12, but I ended up paying almost six dollars more. Please do not repeat this mistake. Even though I never check the product size, 12 dollars for 300 grams is still outrageous.
There's a vanilla smell to it if you don't mind that. My baby loves it. I am so happy with it.
I like the taste better because of the extra barley and oats. My wife and I tried both and I think the toddler version tastes better.
Grade A++.
In the picture of the label on Amazon, 4% iron is mentioned. My container says 30% iron. Due to its non-returnable nature, I don't have the option to return it Unfortunately, I'm just out the money I spent on it.
I'm a fan of nestum, the only cereal my baby loves, but Amazon sells this item for a very high price.
I am very pleased with the product. The game is very popular with my son. A recent price hike by Amazon increased the price of this tin by threefold. A $10 increase came from a $3 increase. In the $9 range. What a crazy thing.
