Only the Berry flavor, which is light blue in color, has been tried.
A 500mL bottle of spring water is what I use most of the time. Drink only a small amount so that it does not become overly full. Then pour in the entire packet and give it a good shake. You could probably use more than 500mL, but if you use less, it will likely taste overly sweet.
No, each serving contains 12 grams of sugar.
In the box are 6 packets.

The liter of pedialyte is available at my local grocer, but it's quite pricey, around $7-$8. $10 each! Despite the fact that one of these only holds half a liter of liquid, you get more bang for your buck. br>br>I tried this out in a very unscientific way. I can't possibly be hungover for work in the middle of the week. br>Must be sharp and on top of things. br>I bought a 750ml bottle of wine, which is enough for 6 glasses; a half-bottle can get you pretty tipsy. br>As a result, I drank the entire bottle in the name of science. br>However, I made certain that I drank this pedialyte while chugging wine. br>After finishing the bottle, I used another packet, making two out of the six packets in the box. br>br>I should have had a severe headache when I woke up. Wine hangovers are well-known to be one of the most debilitating. br>br>I felt a little groggy, but I put that down to the fact that I stayed up later than usual, as well as the fact that my body wasn't getting enough rest because it was pumping alcohol through my system to get rid of it. There is no headache, bad taste, or dry mouth. The pedialyte was effective in keeping me from becoming severely dehydrated and hungover. br>br>I make it a point to keep this on hand in my pantry: ) Now it's time to party:.
I mixed a packet into a bottle of water and drank it after a long day of "celebrating," and I awoke feeling a lot better than I probably should have. br>br>It tastes fine; it's not something I'd choose to drink solely for the taste, but that's not why you're drinking it anyway.
Excellent product for celiac patients because it keeps me hydrated and makes me feel much better. My muscles don't twitch or burn, I don't get headaches, and I'm more focused. The hydration aspect of malabsorption has always been a problem!.
I always recommend drinking it over ice to get rid of the slight salt taste, and having the option to buy them in bulk in convenient packets is a game changer.
They're what I use before long Spartan Obstacle Course Races or road races (most recently the Boston Marathon). Typically, x2 packets the night before, x1 packet the morning of, and x1 packet to help with recovery. Traveling with it is simple, and there are no issues with the TSA.
After a long night of drinking, this stuff works like a charm. I simply drink some before going to bed and some when I wake up, and I feel completely transformed! It doesn't have a bad flavor, but it's a little too sweet for my tastes. Individual serving packets are very convenient for me. It's so convenient!.
The only reason I gave it two stars is because it is primarily made up of sugar. It was used by my fiancée on a recent cruise (we had the cheers package). br>I'm confident you'll be able to find a less sugary brand. This small packet contains 12 extra grams.
These are extremely beneficial after consuming alcoholic beverages.
