I had to trial and error to get it right. Upon reading somewhere that many women need different sizes, I bought a small and a medium and discovered that it was much more comfortable and I got more milk with the larger size. It cost me a bit more but ultimately it was worth it because it made pumping more convenient and effective.
In my opinion, yes!
When I used it with the pump in style advanced, it was very effective. Pump problems usually result from valve problems, since no suction can be felt but it appears that the pump is functioning. A new membrane can be tried Hope you have a successful run!
It's connected to the connector, so it's not removable

The suction in this device is great, isn't it? In short, yes. Could you tell me if it is In short, yes. The software is easy to use, isn't it? Not at all. When the duck bill gasket has been used for a few minutes, it always falls Both shields do the same thing, regardless of which one I use. It does come off within a couple of days. I have to stop my pump, unhook everything, dig into the milk to get the gasket, dry it, and reattach everything, only for it to come off again in less than two days. The session will last 3 minutes. The original Medela shields I threw away are what I wish I never threw away.
First I thought it was strange how the connector and flange were made from the same piece of metal. It took me no longer to wash two parts of clothes because I just had to wash one part. Several reviews state that it is difficult to clean and that "mold" occurs when it is cleaned. This problem has never been encountered by me. If you want to clean difficult to reach places, you can use the small bristle brush that comes with Dr. Brown bottles or anything similar. (Most bottle cleaners now have one). My theory is that it dries completely, so I don't understand how anyone else would get mold on it. When I use it, I find it extremely comfortable. Designed for use with Medela membranes, but it can be used with the ones it comes with as well. This is my go-to pump in style on my Medela pump and I have no problems with it. If you’re using this product, just make sure you clean it out with a thin small bristle brush properly before you use it.
It was a pleasure to speak with Having a difficult time with milk supply or pumping since my daughter was born is something I've experienced. My lactation consultant never told me this, but as it turns out I was using the wrong size flange. The realization only came to me when I looked at this product's information. It is much more comfortable to pump now, not only do I get more milk, but it's much more convenient. Thank you for your kind words. Additionally, most of the parts here are more completely compatible, and come at a much lower price. They are of very high quality, are delivered at a good time, and are well.
Having used this set for a few months with my Medela Pump in Style, it has proven to be effective. There is a single piece of clear plastic on the clear part, which I like. Even with this size, I can fit it into my Simple Wishes pumping bra (I think that's what it's called). One of those fuzzy wire brushes that often come with bottle cleaners can be used to clean it. My only complaint is that because the holes in the tubes are vertical, there is a buildup of condensation (and what looks like a tiny bit of milk, too). After a pumping session, I let the pump run for a minute to get rid of condensation. It'll just take a little while to replace the tube.
There is a tighter fit between the membranes. What a great thing! different about this device is that the flange is connected to the centerpiece. While a little different from washing, it is perfectly fine. It is well worth the money.
I love that the breast shield has just one piece, so I often come home with a breast shield that I have mistakenly left behind. Some times it's not easy to figure out where the milk went if they dried before I got a chance to wash them out and if I put them in the dishwasher, I frequently find a piece of food from another dish stuck in there after the cycle is complete. The last drops of oil I shake down to the valves, and I rinse after use, even if I cannot completely get them clean. The price point is excellent over the official parts. Other than a few minor issues with washing, I really like the look of these.
I am in love with them. Pumps and "standard" shields are what I use exclusively. Amazing. I am in love with them. Pumping exclusively means I was too big to wear the shields that came with my pump. When I spoke to a lactation consultant about how sore and tender my nipples were when pumping, she told me about this. From pumping every three hours to now every four, I switched to every three hours. In fact, I pump for quite a while, so Nenesupply shields smaller than 21 mm are very helpful to me. I think the 19 mm are perfect for me. This has made pumping so much easier and faster. As well as the shields, they also come with membranes and flanges. For all those parts, you get a great deal, considering how much each of those parts from Medela costs.
I am very satisfied with the replacement parts for my Medela PISA. The fitting is perfect and I have had no issues. Since the breast shields and flanges are one piece, I thought it would be more difficult to keep clean, but that's not actually the case. By using a single piece, I am able to get a stronger There were leaks in the medela pieces, so the suction was not as strong as it might have been. In addition, I found that I was able to pump out more milk with these parts, allowing me to go longer between pumping sessions.
