Questions & Answers

Is there a dual voltage option for this product?

No, it only comes in 120v, so I had to buy a transformer to convert it (from 220V, which is the only voltage value I have at home, to 127V). 1kva should have sufficed, but I brought 1. It's a 5kva generator that works perfectly.

I'm curious about the item's maximum wattage. ?

I'm looking for that information as well, and to my surprise, Phillips customer service does not have it. I simply dialed their number. Baffling! If you find out, please notify me.

Is it possible to use it with Dr. Brown's bottles?

This product works with Dr Brown's wide and narrow neck 4 that I have. 8 oz, but NOT for the narrow 8 oz bottles. I have to put them on the side all the time, which defeats the purpose of sterilizing the inside of the bottle. *rolls eyes* But, aside from that, it's adequate.

Has anyone tried it with Evenflow 8 oz? What about bottles made of glass? 8oz is something I keep reading. Bottles are inconvenient to use. ?

I've used it with bottles, rings, nipples silicone valves, and pacifiers from Parents' Choice, Mam, Evenflo, Avent, and Nuk.

It's good, but you should be aware of the risks
4/5

This hand sanitizer was given to me at my baby shower. I was really looking forward to it at first. I liked how small it is; it's perfect for storing on the kitchen counter without taking up too much room. However, as many other reviews have stated, it quickly rusts! I was about to toss it out and buy one of the microwave sanitizers when I remembered to look here and read the reviews first; the rust is very easy to remove! Take 2. 5 tbsp. vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) and 0 tbsp. 5 ounces of water, 30 minutes to sit, then wipe clean It's in excellent condition!.

3/5

I purchased milk in order to comply with a milk donation program, and despite following all sanitation guidelines, my bacteria levels were higher than ideal. Without changing anything else about my setup, I returned this sanitizer and switched to the stovetop boiling method, which resulted in significantly lower bacteria levels. This led me to believe that the device was not performing as advertised. Also, I didn't realize it until after I used it, but this device does not dry bottles, which is a disappointment. Spending a little more on a sterilizer that also dries, in my opinion, is better than sticking to the old fashioned method.

Bottles, pacifiers, and breast pump parts can all be used
5/5

Pros: br>Only 4 pieces (see pictures)br>One buttonbr>Easy to assemble (seriously brainless)br>Easy to fillbr>Works for a variety of items besides bottles (pacifiers, breast pump parts, small plastic toys)br>Quick! br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. br>Doesn't dry partsbr>Requires a lot of counter space (size reference: 8 oz glass bottle)br>br>I love having a sterilizer to use instead of boiling bottle and pump parts! We use it to clean the parts of my Medela breast pump, pacifiers, small plastic toys, and, of course, Philips Avent bottles (specifically the 8 oz glass bottles). I like how fast it functions - I simply filled the container with water, assembled the pieces, and pressed ONE BUTTON. It's all done in less than five minutes. It would be great if it could dry the pieces as well as steam - To allow it to dry, you must remove everything (or at the very least pull the pieces apart).

3/5

According to the, the voltage is 240V. It should be able to handle voltages of up to 230 volts. 240V, as stated in the advertisement, but when I tried to use it with a 220V outlet, it broke down; eventually, I discovered that it only works with 120V, as stated on the device.

He appears to be doing a fantastic job
5/5

I always try to put off writing a review for a while; it's been about three and a half months and I'm still going strong. It doesn't take up a lot of space, which I like, and I didn't want one that had to be used in the microwave. br>I fill mine with nursery water and run it for about 2 minutes. Today, I've done it three times. I haven't had any rust issues, contrary to what I've read in other reviews. I empty and dry the bottom with a paper towel every few days, and I clean the main part - After you've finished using it, let it air dry. Perhaps the problems have subsided now that you unplug after each use. br>I would purchase this item again or as a gift. It was simple to use for me. br>I've tried a variety of brands and sizes of bottles and haven't had any problems with things not fitting.

It gets the job done, but it's a shambles
3/5

I don't have much to compare it to because it's the only bottle sterilizer I've ever had or used. But I'm not overly enthusiastic about it. The size and design (the ability to use the large or small basket on its own) are appealing, but there is always a lot of condensation after the cycle is completed. So much so that the bottles and other items are still wet and dripping after several hours. By the time I remove everything and empty the remaining water from the bottom of the machine, my counters are always soaked; perhaps this is how all sterilizers work? That part, however, does not appeal to me.

After three months, Button ceased to function
3/5

For three months, I used this about three times a week until the power button stopped working. I used it and then waited a few minutes before loading it up for a second run, but the button appeared to be stuck. Because I didn't wait long enough for it to cool down, I assumed it was a safety feature, but after trying hours later and then again the next day, the button no longer clicked in to start a cycle. I tried unplugging it and inspecting it, but I'm still stumped as to why it stopped working. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product because I was enjoying it while it was functioning. I decided to shop for a different brand after reading all of the reviews with the same issue.

Fantastic esterilizador! Take a look at the most recent updates
5/5

I was a little worried when I bought this esterilizador because of some comments that said the gua's container was full of cal, moho, or sarro. Goodness, I've loved the design, how spacious it is, and how simple it is to use since it arrived a month ago. In the tutorial, it is stated very clearly that a sarro problem may occur (clearly, it works with water) and it also provides very clear and precise instructions on what to do in this situation. I had not seen any sarro accumulation for several weeks (I always use garrafón water and always drain and dry the base after each sterilization) and everything was fine, but I wanted to see what would happen if I used grifo water, and after less than a week of using grifo water, I began to notice that sarro was accumulating. So I followed the cleaning instructions and now I'm as good as new! (Pueden ver las fotos del antes y el después de la limpieza) 80 ml vinagre (utilice de manzana 5%) y 20ml de agua, apenas lo puse en% I believe that people do not always read the instructions and/or recommendations. I'm thrilled to have purchased this stabilizer! ***Updated every three months. **
Esterilizador trabaja perfectamente para lo que anuncia, en principio no considero que el hecho de que no secara los biberones es una inconveniencia, pero con el paso de los das y teniendo en cuenta que tengo bebes prematuros, considero que un esterilizador es On the contrary, I have to bury them in the ground, exposing the pieces to environmental viruses and bacteria. It is no longer a good product, but if the bottles were separated, it would be ideal.
