Questions & Answers
The flow of the liquid and the size of the hole are the two factors that differentiate the stages. A younger baby should begin with stage 1 (slow flow), and as the child grows older, you can progress to stage 2 (medium flow), and so on. Do not begin with stage 2 or 3 with a young baby. They can't keep up with it because it's moving too quickly. You don't want your baby to choke on his or her food.

I wasn't sure if I should buy these at first because there were so many reviews claiming that the bottles leaked. I'd had good luck with the regular Dr. Brown bottles in the past, so I was eager to try the new options style. It's a good thing I did! These are far superior to my expectations, and I am extremely pleased with them. For my newborn baby girl, I purchased the pink set. I haven't had any problems with leaks, and the bottles are functioning properly. br>br>In terms of leaking problems, there is an entire article on the Dr. Brown website dedicated to this topic, complete with tips on how to avoid leaking. I'll explain how I keep my bottles from leaking and why they work so well for me. I assure you that any leakage is due to user error, and I have been guilty of this myself on several occasions! To avoid leaking, follow these steps: br>br>
- Before attaching the nipple to the bottle, make sure it's secure in the ring. To ensure that the nipple is snug, you may need to tug on it a little or use your finger to press inside and around the ring.
- Assemble the ring around the bottle and make sure it is secure. Continue turning until you can't anymore. You may believe it isn't supposed to be so tight, but it is.
- Make sure the ring on the bottle is level before screwing it on. The liquid will leak out if it is tipped in any way. br>br>I use all of these suggestions and my bottles never leak. I hope this information is useful.
Bottles are very nice. Because there are three bottles, I wish it came with three extra-large nipples rather than two. I do notice that the bottles leak from time to time; I'm stumped as to why this is. It appears to be around the ring at times, and around the base of the nipple at other times. Overall, though, it's a good value for the money. br>br>I emailed the company. . . But, as I've used these bottles more, I've figured out the problem. . . Or, at least, what I believe the problem is; I'm not sure if the product I received is defective, but I've tried everything I can to fix it. The bottles continue to leak around the ring, but if I completely tighten the ring, liquid can flow up the vent. . . If I don't completely tighten the ring, it leaks. . . everywhere. I'm not sure what I should do or how to resolve the situation.
This isn't really Dr. Brown; it's a Chinese knockoff using the Dr. Broen name to upsell the product. br>These aren't Dr. Brown bottles; if you're familiar with the brand, you'll know that all of their products are made in Germany. However, when I realized the nipple wasn't working properly (you'll hear a lot of complaints about no milk flow), I decided to just go buy some new ones. While replacing the nipples, I discovered that these bottles are made in China. The bottle is made of a different material as well. It's the same with the caps. My daughter suffers from colic, which, thankfully, continues to be effective. However, don't expect it to be as good as Dr. Brown.
I was skeptical because I used the original Dr. Brown's bottles with my first 7 years ago, before the Options came out, and they're the best, despite the fact that all the parts are a pain, so why fix what isn't broken? Well, I've come to the conclusion that I was mistaken. For a variety of reasons, these are superior to the original. You can obviously use them without the parts, so you could use it as a regular bottle if you needed to. The second thing I've noticed is that if you fill them up higher than the line, they leak less than the original, which happens when you mix in the formula with the bottle's maximum amount of ounces of water. In addition, the all-blue color scheme is extremely appealing. The bottle brush is also one of my favorites. It's incredibly simple thanks to the sponge on the end.
They're the Browns, and they're prone to leaking. Reading the reviews, I assumed it had to be a user error because there was no way they could have gotten out. They leak despite our best efforts to avoid overfilling them and tightening the screws. As he ate and leaked all over the place, I watched the milk circle through the screw piece. Initially, I assumed the dampness on the clothes and bibs was due to drool, but this was not the case. the sound of bottles Bummer. Stop putting stuff together in China! Maintain the standard of excellence! Please, businesses, step forward. Quality is more important than quantity.
Get a better deal by buying an open box. All items in the plastic bag have not been opened or used. Dr. Brown bottle warmer, as well as 4 and 8 oz bottles, were purchased from Amazon. It even includes a bottle cleaner and a teething ring. Walmart also offers a package deal, but it includes fewer items for a higher price.
Many reviewers have noted that the provided nipples are inconsistent. In fact, the amount of milk that came out was far too much for a newborn. My daughter began to choke, and milk began to flow freely from her mouth. After a few "terrifying" incidents, I've decided to put it away for now. I'm confident in the quality of the product because no bubbles formed while she drank the milk. Maybe when she's about 5-years-old. I'm going to try this again in six months. This is not something I would recommend to a baby!.
I already had a set of Dr. Brown's pink bottles, so I assumed these were the same and ordered the set. Then I read the customer reviews, which claimed that the bottles leaked. I was worried I'd have to send these back, but they're perfect! GREAT! There were no problems at all, and everything went exactly as planned. Excellent value for money, and I would strongly suggest it.
