To protect the surface he's on, he'll need some big, thick ones to put under his head. Small, flexible ones to wrap around his shoulders while he's eating to protect his clothes. Spit should be wiped up. You'll need absorbent burp cloths that actually pick up the cheese rather than just pushing it around if you've had any previous messes. Most burp cloths can only do a few of these things, but these burp cloths can handle everything! They're soft and absorbent, making them ideal for use as a protective layer or for wiping up spit-up. I'd purchase it again.
This is incredible! They're super soft, a great size, and super absorbent, and they stay that way even after washing! Our baby spits up a lot, so the size of these burp cloths is ideal; normal burp cloths are worn out after just one good spit up. These aren't them! They're large enough that you can simply turn them around to create a second large area. Instead of spending more money on less useful burp cloths, I wish I would have bought these first. I can't emphasize enough how incredibly soft they are for your baby.
SOFT and lovely. They're also quite lovely. On the Bias, there is a Plaid trim. I'm a professional designer who specializes in interior design. These are extremely high-quality items. I didn't get four washcloths, but that could have been due to a misreading of the description. They're the perfect size and wash well. One had a few stray cut threads, but the rest were flawless, far superior to any other burp cloth we've seen in any store. If my daughter requests more, I'll place an order. It was well worth the money.
These are fantastic! Burp cloths made of muslin are far less absorbent and softer. Spit up slides down before absorbing in my muslin ones, but it soaks right in with these. Plus, they feel better against my skin, so I know they'll be gentler on my baby's as well. They're also great for using as a small towel to lay across leaky boobs in the middle of the night so you don't soak the bed or baby's pj's! I keep one beside me in bed for this purpose, as well as for burning after nighttime feedings.
They're also extra long, which I like. I wish they had more color options for the trim like they do for their other towels. Overall, the quality is excellent.
The best burp cloths I've ever seen. These are high-quality cloths with a thick weave. Without a doubt the best I've seen on the market. Not like the typical thin burp cloths you'll come across. These cloths are soft, thick, and absorbent, and you will enjoy them. It's a bit pricey, but you won't be disappointed for what you get. We've been so pleased that we've placed several orders. These bamboo bibs and towels are fantastic! I have the hooded towel and washcloths that match, and I can't say enough about how soft these towels are. She doesn't feel a thing when I wash her sensitive skin during bathtime or when she lays her face against it dry during burping. And it suffocates everything it comes into contact with.
My husband and I experimented with a variety of burp cloths before settling on these. The Burt's Bees ones were good, but we needed something thicker to withstand our baby's reflux spit ups, and these fit the bill perfectly! They're big, thick, and incredibly soft.
