Questions & Answers

What is the number of pillows you get in each package? Despite the picture showing two, it is unclear which one is which. Thanks a lot! ?

The replacement pillow that I received was also only one. What happened to the second copy? Did you figure out how you got it?

Tohallitas is supposed to replace what lies under the heater of wipes, but what is the purpose of this replacement?

You might want to consider having an extra set of wipes if they can be put inside the heater and kept moistened and always hot so they are always warm.

Why is a tiptop pillow necessary, and in what location is it found? What needs to be done about it?

Particularly in the EVO model, TipTop pillows are used to keep wipes moist since they are not sealed into the warmer, so they are not able to dry out. Considering the wipes reside in an open compartment, it is hard to imagine they can remain moist if the wipes are not saturated at all times. This happens because the second lid on the EVO model lacks As a side note, the tip top pillow does need to be replaced, and I believe at the same frequency as the EverFresh pillow.

Why do the pillows need cases when I can use them without them?

There would be too much makeup on the pillows if the wipes were used

Like a sponge, use it as often as possible
5/5

Since my son was a small child, these have been a great resource. Basically, if you remember that it is a flat sponge that needs to stay wet, you should be good to go. When we refill all of the wipes, we take out the sponge and run it under water in Slimmies tend to bother me a lot, so I tend to avoid them for the most part. Once the bottle is full, fill it as high as possible, so water will be pouring out of the corner. Once that is done, I put enough water in the bottom of the warmer to get one bottom all wet before putting back the sponge in. On top of the sponge, place the third bead. It should last for several days until it needs to be refilled.

As soon as it dries, it turns brown
4/5

The antibacterial part is under my knowledge, and this wipes warmer needs to be completely wet at the bottom to be effective. The sponge and wipes prevent themselves from drying out and turning brown by pouring a half cup of boiled water on them every few days. Spraying the sponge with diluted bleach once a week and letting it sit for an hour before rinsing is enough for me. You will no longer see browned areas. There are plastic "cages" on the market now that target the burn spots and decrease them. It has been several years since I last changed my sponges. The washer and dryer do not hold up to them. In the middle of the week, or when the warmer looks dirty, I wipe it both inside and out with a Clorox wipe to disinfect it. I am a caregiver for a handicapped child!.

I was able to get the job done
4/5

In other words, this was my first time ordering these, and I had no problems. As it turned out, I had only received one of the pads the second time around. Thankfully we were able to get in touch with Amazon support and it sent us a new one the next day, without adding any cost to it. The one that actually was sent was not sent twice, however, so we kept it and got In all this time, I've only ever had the pad burn once inside my wipe warmer, and it was due to the fact that I failed to rotate, rotate it, and In order to water it and rotate it periodically, I do three times a year This is the fourth day. You should just make sure that it doesn't go brown and that it keeps its While it sounds like a lot of work, you will be able to gain the greatest benefit from your pads if you keep up with it. It's okay if you receive a pad that's a little dry, just water it and it will work just fine. Hope this works out for you all, and don't be afraid to contact support if you only receive.

The product does what it is supposed to do
4/5

These cloth wipes have been used for cotton pads by my son for about a year and a half. Generally they do their jobs well, but they must be maintained occasionally. In addition, I fold cloth wipes about once a week, wet them with diluted cloth wipe solution, and then use them. On the pad, I put the wipes in the wipe warmer at the level of moistness we will use them at The floor is moist, but not wet. It is for a few reasons that I do not put extra water in the wipe warmer. First of all, I don't think I want them my son will not have to clean up too much if he *)

I learned early on to handle the warmer and pad with more care Please revise Wetting the warmer each week and thoroughly removing it. Currently, this is mostly a thing of the past. However, if we notice that the pad is getting dry, crusty, or brown, we replace it It needs to be wet. The brown parts can usually be rubbed off with ease. My preference is to replace the pads every five months or so. We probably could have gotten longer service time from them if we kept them moist. As it stands, once they seem too dry or crusty, I just replace them. Even if I wipe it down weekly, I figure this new one should do the trick, if only to get rid of the germs that have built up. If they're maintained/repaired on a regular basis and last the suggested three months, I think they will probably last that long A wet diaper. Although the pad does help maintain the condition of the wipes, it can certainly be an inconvenience. The warmers consist of three My parents take care of two dogs (two separate rooms) and I have one dog at home. A television at home is used much less frequently and gets less attention than the one in the office. I have used these wipes even when the pad where they are attached has dried out completely and turned brown. Although there can be a little yellowing on the bottom wipe if you haven't paid much attention to it for a long time, I feel that in general, it does a good job I don't know what the anti-war movement is about

My problem has been a bit of a microbial problem, since I feel that it is getting gross sometimes (another trigger for recovering Place an order/replacement. If I can't do that, I'll at least flip it over). While it's not perfect, it does what it's supposed to do most of the time. It isn't going to be something you can wet and forget about for weeks on end, but I have not had any major problems with it that would cause me to look elsewhere. The countdown is on to the day when we are finished with wipes and diapers.

It is likely that the materials of the brand have changed
3/5

As I mentioned, I have a It is likely that the materials of the brand have changed. Over the last 8+ years, I have used a wipe warmer on a regular basis, and I always use Prince Lionheart pillows to keep wipes moist. Recently, I ran out of stockpile, so I had to purchase There is a different feel to these than the old type and they tend to dry In addition, they stick to the bottom of the warmer once they have dried. Two times per week, the warmers are refilled with water, and 3 days later the pillow begins to dry out.

You do have to change the pad more often than it states
4/5

Wipes do not dry out while the pad does not dry out. There are no words to describe how much I love these It is true that our wipes are never ever damaged due to them. In my experience, I've never used a wipe warmer because it takes too long to dry out, which is the most common reason for not getting one. This wipe warmer is one of our favorites and we keep one of these pads in That being said, let me say this. . If it's not replaced every three months, you may need to replace it annually. It seems like they last between a minute and a half The last 2 months have been spent traveling. There after, I note that the bottom of the pillow gets some little mealy balls on them (they can be cleaned up easily by rinsing the pads by hand and wiping out the bottom of the container). If I wash the pads at least once a week, I will achieve that. * These do a great job of keeping wipes moist and work properly. I will continue to purchase and use These are the ones to use.

A two pack was not included in the advertisement
3/5

I only received one pack despite it being advertised as a two pack. Is the packaging of the other item confused for a quantity of one item ordered? It appears as though the packaging has been ripped off the other pack. No matter what, I am returning it and will wait for a It will be a different brand from what I was expecting.

The brand is good
5/5

But the pad pack that was sent was the wrong one. Just want to tell someone that I did not receive the 2 count pack in the description of this brand but that I received a single pack instead. I don't mind, but these pads aren't as durable as they should be. As a backup, it would be wonderful to have that second one on hand. It's been a while since the last one! Honestly, I don't know how long this would take if you just cleaned it and started again After wet, it continues to work for a while. Until it dries totally The warmer is gorgeous and I like the brand. I do have one complaint about not sending me a double but a single.
