This is the best but not the best solution for it. It's okay to use these. There's nothing great about them. Until I figured out that they no longer worked, I bought them all the time, even when they stopped working. When the package is not full, the flakes tend to lump together. No matter what you do, you either never get anything The end result is either way too many wipes (and you end up with way too many wipes), or they come out in clumps. However, they do not tear, which is nice, but the actual surface doesn't have any texture, so you have a hard time cleaning anything other than newborn poop. When it comes to completing a task, you have to deal with so many. With these wipes, so much waste is generated. There is a pattern on huggies sensitive wipes that gives them a nice texture (which helps with wiping babies). I don't know if this is allowed, but they seem just as gentle. Due to our twins, we went through a lot of wipes so budget-consciousness was paramount for us. In the absence of a budget, water wipes were truly the most effective option for newborn babies.
