The packaging is terrible

I was dissatisfied with the packaging of this item. It was neatly folded into a square. It was difficult to get the basket back into its original shape after opening, and the handles were going in all directions. The fabric inside the basket is frayed and protrudes in odd places. It's possible that it's due to the shipping method. It had the potential to be a lovely basket, but I can't seem to get it to conform to its proper shape.

The basket is lovely, but it was rolled to send and is now all misshaped. And there isn't anything that can be done about it. It was a huge let down.

Not at all what I had anticipated

I got this to put things in for a friend's baby shower. It wasn't the size I expected it to be when it arrived. This thing could only fit about four diapers in it. I returned it and went back to the store to find the right size.

This is extremely important! I was given this diaper caddy as a gift, and I love it so much that I've been giving it to pregnant friends and family! We used this caddy a lot, especially in the beginning when we were still figuring out a routine and schedule! We stocked it with everything we'd need for diaper changes and restocked it when we ran out of something
