We're sorry to say, but the Negative Nellies are correct! In the box that was delivered, it was completely smashed and the boo boo bunny was so strongly glued down that despite my best efforts to carefully pry it away, I could not remove it without leaving an awful sticky residue behind! The rubbing alcohol and fingernail polish I applied did not work, and I tried scraping it off too. I don't like it at all. Aside from that, it is extremely small and will only cover the tiniest of scratches. My experience with this product was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it. Rips off the public in a big way!.
However, this one falls far short of the quality of others. If it is a knockoff or if the company that makes them has switched to a cheaper material, I would like to know what it is. There is little vibrancy to the colors as advertised, and this one has such dull colors that it almost It is also not the right color for the 'ice cube,' now it is clear and half full, which makes it even less of a thoughtful I am returning this to the sender.
Today I received a package containing SOOOOO much disappointment! In the first place, the package was crushed, so we can't give it as a gift in its original packaging. The photo shows a soft material, but that is not what it is made of. The material is regular poly/cotton and is not plush, as you can see from the picture. I think the worst part is how dirty it is! The photo I posted of what I received today can be viewed here. Thanks to the fact that my granddaughter won't be born until August, I will have plenty of time to return it to the store and find her a real BOO BOO Bunny. I can assure you, it's NOT going to.
It's ok, but needs work. Despite liking it, I'm quite disappointed in 2 things. First, the packaging and second, the cube's rough exterior corner. As a beginning, there is no thought put into the packaging. leaves so much sticky residue behind that I now have to try to get rid of it. It is so thickly glued in place that it has a ton of adhesive. I don't think it is very convenient or necessary, and to be honest, it is a real A second issue is that the actual cube has some sloppy corners. It would be nice to return it, but I have a feeling all of them are like this, so I'll just accept it because the bunny is cute and I think my daughter is going to enjoy As you can see in the attached photo, both problems exist.
Because one of the corners of the ice pack got chipped, it now leaks and needs to be disposed of. The one I have is the same brand as the new one, but I have purchased it at a store a few years ago. Although the quality has gone downhill, the price has risen. It is purple because it is the old version.
There is one thing I dislike most about the bunny the way it There was a glue on the box that secured the plastic ice packs. On top of that, a sticky film was left behind on the little ice cube, making it difficult to remove. To scrub it, to soak it (and to I also appreciated the bunny being so soft and my daughter also liked it very much. It was easy to get the sticky side of the ice cube to be covered by the bunny and to fit snugly in the groove.
