Questions & Answers

Can you tell me where these are ?

Thank you for your inquiry, T. The textile fabric is sourced in the USA, and the garment is manufactured Thank you for contacting us. We hope to be able to answer Thank you, thirty-something

Seven months old and weighing sixteen pounds, my baby boy is seven months old. The weight is six Does he fit the size 2 so I do not need to buy another size soon after buying the first?

For my own personal preference, I would buy The size guide had me getting a Size 1, but it felt small to me. If we use all of the cloth diapers in our service, we'll have to buy more cloth). I am dissatisfied with the section that runs down the middle of the cover. It doesn't cover our cloth diaper insert.

We just got these covers and ordered prefolds to use them with, but I didn't want to use prefolds anymore. How do I use these things? What do I need to buy?

Do you fold them the same way every time? Using the prefolds folded like a letter and stuffed into the diaper would be exactly like putting a pocket diaper insert into the diaper. You could also just buy pocket diaper inserts and use them unsecured. Also, you could use the covers

What will happen to my baby's skin if I do this? What about the area of the insert that is not covered by it?

The inner lamination of TPU is relatively safe for babies' skin, and it does not bother their skin in general.

Selected User Reviews For Thirsties Duo Wrap Cloth Diaper Cover, Snap Closure, Adventure Trail Size One (6-18 lbs)

Please read this if you are new to cloth diapering! In my review of these covers, I'd like to acknowledge that reading reviews was immensely helpful to me when I was new to cloth diapering and trying to decide where to purchase
5/5

In conclusion, I decided to use Thirsties Duo Wrap Snaps along with Green Mountain Diapers Size Small prefolds (yellow stripe) to get started. It has been a great choice for me! Prefolds and covers offer the most economic option for cloth diapering, and we have saved so much money over the past two years! Not to mention how little waste we are no longer creating. The covers are equipped with a few really awesome features *1.

There is room to expand both the waist and the rise. My daughter is 5 months old, about 13 pounds, in the 50th percentile for height and weight and we still have plenty of room to grow the waist. It's great that they can fit your child as they grow. 3.
The leg gussets in these pants make sure the liquidy poo stays inside. In our first month of cloth diapering we were given a diaper cake and some disposable diapers from people who were unaware that we cloth diapered. As a result, our daughter's clothing was constantly stained with blowouts! The Thirties are an extremely rare decade for a woman to get a blowout on her clothes. A cover that does such a fantastic job of containing everything is great, but make sure that all prefolds are There is only one complaint about the gussets they are white, which is ridiculous since that makes them harder to keep clean. 1.
2. Take them out of the washer and they can be worn in a matter of minutes after they have dried. 3.
I feel like my daughter is comfortable in them, since they aren't bulky at all. There are no red marks on her chubby little legs or stomach. In addition to how many diapers to buy when I was pregnant and shopping, I was overwhelmed by the concept of how many The information out there was so conflicting! My first set of Snaps and Aplixes were Thirsties Duo Wrap Snaps. I highly recommend getting the photos! It doesn't hold up well in water, so the Aplix is less good. I have changed my daughter a couple of times and the velcro has completely come Additionally, I have read reviews where parents claim their baby figured out how to undo the velcro and this seems like something that will definitely happen to my little one when she is I have a total of 5 covers and that's just about The diapers that I wash every other day are used by both my sons and me. 6 covers is the right amount, in my opinion. Having 24 prefolds is more than In addition to the 36 I ordered, I still have 12 unused items still sitting in their original packaging. Here are a few more tips that may prove helpful to new cloth diaper users *1.

Despite all the hype about cloth diapering friendly detergent, don't buy into it. articles about how to strip washing machines and what detergents work and what doesn't work, as well as hundreds of other things about how to keep your machine clean. Put it out of your mind. You don't need to worry about any of that if you're using cotton prefolds and covers. This is a great powder and I use it every day. You can use fabric softener, but do not use it! As a result, it will create a residue on your diapers that hinders their absorption. Wool dryer balls are amazing! I bought them and can't stop using them. Drying things faster and reducing static is made easier with them. 3.
Keeping baby poo in jelly roll style is by far the best alternative for liquidy waste. 1.
2. It is awesome to eat a Snappi. 3.
The uses of diaper rash creams are similar to those of fabric softener. When using cloth diapers, we cannot use either. Building an application creates an application My son doesn't need anything with zinc-oxides. However, I bought CJ's Butter, which is cloth diaper friendly and I love it. However, it was quite pricey and who wants to pay that? It is so great that my daughter does not get diaper rash very often because we cloth diaper. Coconut oil is helpful for rash issues, so make sure to try it. Then read on. If your baby is pooping meconium during the first week, then you may want to consider using disposables only during that period. You are gonna stain your nice new cloth with that black tarry substance. honestly, truly hope this review helps some new moms or just those starting out whatever their journey might be Irregular cloth Taking care of mommy's diapers! **UPDATE** )
** When I sized up for the first time, I was about 7 months old and about 15 pounds. A 5-pound weight gain. fit in the waist, but had outgrown the rise. I'm still delighted with the covers (they're in great ), and continue to wear size 2. *BUT NOW FOR AN UPDATE We are still going strong in the size 2s after 17 months. B) NEW UPDATE I've updated you with a picture of my daughter potty training right after she turned 17 months old. In addition to these benefits, cloth diapers allow kids to learn how to potty train before they are too old because the wetness of the diaper can be felt. Using the same exact prefolds and covers that I used for my daughter, I am now using them on my 3 week old son as well. You can enjoy them just as much the second time!.

The cover is excellent
3/5

There is no quality control at all! Although I do not like to leave a negative review, I have now purchased TWO Thirties diaper covers and have a problem with BOTH of them. One of the rise buttons on the side at the leg of the first one I bought the other day (moon and planet print) That's what makes it a problem anyway, so I need not explain that. My cover collection is at an all-time low and I had to buy another one yesterday because I need The one-minute cloth diapering tip that every mother should know. It is recommended that you stay away from pockets until you get a really good one and liners. You will start having leaks after about a year of parenting. Having found that fitteds or prefolds with a snappy and a cover are much easier to use, and I just find them to be more user-friendly. As much as I hated stuffing diapers, I am really tired of it. I digress, lol. Anyway, the one I received today has a broken snap on the end so I obviously have to send it back. The Thirsties diaper covers work so well that I have to return BOTH of them. This is frustrating to me. While the snap wasn't as durable on the first one it still lasted the entire night when she took an extra bottle of it! The covers of these books impressed me, so I was very pleased with them. I think these are really nice covers that I would happily recommend if only the quality control was better. Overall, they are excellent covers that I would happily recommend if quality control was better. As a buyer, I always turn to reviews in order to make informed purchases, so I always leave reviews to help others do the same. Thanks for having a look at this review. If it was helpful at all, I appreciate your business and wish you a happy shopping season!.

There is room for improvement in the leg fit
4/5

I dislike the Thirties for the following reasons In part one, I explained to you why my son grew out of those covers early on (born at 7). 5) because of the leaks that would occur. When he was about 15 pounds and I started using the size, I had a better experience. It took me just a few seconds to realize that even though it claims to have double leg gussets, one of the outer gussets doesn't even cover As a matter of fact, the only gusset that actually operates The top brand has double gussets as the outer one fits right next to the leg whereas Thirsties doesn't have these features. See the three pictures (left) and (right) to see more details about the other brand. Stains are SO easy to spot on the white uncovered elastic on the inner gusset! Here are some things I LIKE about Thirties *1) The elasticized front flap (elastic under the belly) is incredibly useful. There is another brand that I like but does not have elastic here, so

2) The fit around the waist and the trim fit over the folded flats falls very well for me, but I wish the leg fit was better.
