I would say if you have a 36 inch waist, you should get the large. With diapers on, I would say that the 36 to 40 size fit best. I am a 35 waist, but the 36 size fits better with diapers on. I am 196 pounds and wear a large based on my height and weight

The Carousel brand was my favored one, so I was heartbroken when they went out of stock, but the brand is back in full swing. My favorite diaper is the same one I loved before, but this one is more absorbent. Due to the use of soft plastic, the diaper has an excellent crinkle (my main reason for choosing this diaper). My second favorite diaper (in the event that the Carousel went out) doesn't have as much crinkle as the DC AMOR. This is probably the best abdl diaper I've ever used, and I can deal with eBay without having to hunt for them any longer.

The fact that I got it 4 days before I expected to was great, now I haven't tried the initial version of these, but these diapers are very soft, and hold a lot at least, and are crinkly, which is good for.
I think this is a great new and updated adult diaper. It's well worth checking out! Despite the pastel colors and the large capacity, the colors are very soft. Since I am usually a size large, I was able to fit into it with ease.
