As a result of my very sensitive skin, I have naturally sensitive hair. During my recent trip, one of the bottles was missing and a replacement was shipped to me right away. There is nothing to complain about with this product. Natural shampoo and lotion do not irritate my skin at all I also use the lotion daily and it works excellently on my scalp.
