In my case, the cushion was too high, but the low rating is due to how uncomfortable it is in the car. It's also inconvenient to sit in a desk chair. However, it sways too much in the car. I've made preparations to return it.

It isn't a bad product, but it isn't great either. The fabric is a little slicker than I'd like, and the cushion is a little too soft. I was looking for firm support, so depending on your needs, this may or may not be right for you.

This seat does deliver on its promises of added height and comfort. The only drawback is that it moves around a lot because there is no strap or other means of keeping it in place.
