The neck pillow does not come with instructions on how to attach it to the headrest. This does not appear to be the same as the picture. ?

Mine is exactly like the picture, with a strap that wraps around the headrest and another that goes over it to secure the cushion. I'm not sure if you got the same kind if yours doesn't look like the one in the picture. There were no instructions included, so go to Amazon to find out more. The straps are shown to be secured in one of the images.

It is overpriced. Low-cost and low-quality. Strap does not even loop over head rest--too short; I assumed that for that price, two items would be included, but it only cost me $27 for one item.

It doesn't look anything like the pictures, and the memory foam doesn't fluff back out. I wouldn't recommend it.

I liked it so much that I went back to buy one for another vehicle I own, only to discover that the price had increased by 50%! I made a $12 purchase. It used to be $95 and is now $26. What is the reason for such a large jump? Unless the price drops, I'm not going to buy it. It is very comfortable, and I would buy it again if the price were not so high.
