7 inches. It's comfortable, but it's not exactly what was advertised. There were no four. I needed to see over the steering wheel at a height of 7 inches. I'm not sure if I'll return it; it could be useful for something else, but I was disappointed because I needed it for driving.

This is labeled as a 4 in the photo. It's DEFINITELY NOT 7". . . I'm 125 pounds, and when I say on it, I mean flat. By no means is this a good thing. Don't throw away your money!.

Not at all what I had anticipated

The item does not provide a 3 inch increase in field of vision. It never fully expanded and flattened when I used it. It didn't live up to my expectations.

Before you sit on it, stretch it out to 75" in length. This is a pillow, not a booster seat. When you sit on it, it flattens out to about an inch thick, which isn't as thick as advertised.
