In my opinion. It is difficult for them to flex and contour to a scooter rim of 12". A cut piece of heavy duty garden hose cut in half makes a great tire patch for small scooter and lawnmower tires.
Several 19 inch rims can be used with it.
I was able to figure out 13 and do not see why 12 would not work.

My Harley wheels were scarred up when I changed the tires. I bought these to avoid doing this again. Regardless of what they were intended to accomplish, they did assist in making the process easier. If you want to R&R, you can It can be difficult to remove a bike tire without ruining a wheel, but these make it less of a hassle and I was able to get through the project without worrying about damaging When I moved them, they did as they were supposed to, and did not do more, or less, than what they were supposed to do. I recognized their value for the intended purpose the first time I saw them, and using them proved it when I quickly installed a set of Dunlops on a 2008 Harley Night Train without any damaging the rims and without any damage whatsoever. Buying this was a good decision.
The next time we removed a tire these things had stretched greatly from the tire iron's force and would walk off rims when cranking on the tire iron, scratching the rims in the process. It would have been better if they had made them of a more durable It would be better to purchase a pack of 3 over a pack of 2 if you were buying another brand. At least the part about the right way to do it was there. The strings also make it easier to get them on the rim when the tire is only.
One rear tire has been changed indication that it's close to a complete tear-up. It is my opinion that other reviewers are ripping on their durability and longevity. It may have been a mistake of mine to assess their condition after one change, but their condition after 1 makes me think it could be done after In the case where I have to replace a set every ten I can afford it.
The bead-breaker of MotionPro is combined with this There is no better product on the market and I am beyond pleased with it. With the bead breaker from MotionPro and a third spoon, I was able to quickly and easily change the tires on my Harley without much difficulty or Product looks to be made out of quality material, and I can imagine that I will be able to use it for years without wearing it.
Would definitely recommend. The wheel held up well and is still in good condition! They are the only tools I would use to change a tire, highly recommended!.
It is worth it to spend time with them. My cruiser had both tires changed at the same time and I cut one while changing the tires, but even if one is destroyed, It won't take me long to buy more next time I replace my tires. My pants don't stay perfectly in place, at least not all the time. not easy putting a big fat bike tire on by yourself, and we ended up slipping off a number of.
Costs are cheap enough that they can be used only once. My aim was to make them extremely soft, so these did exactly that. As much as I wanted to avoid scratching my wheels, I couldn't do it. Thus (and likewise due to my inexperience with a tire iron), the protectors received an inordinate amount of chewing, and they were tossed out after the deed. But it's OK, I bought them for one time use and they were cheap enough I could write them off with no The only thing I don't like about this product is that I pulled the keeper string through the soft plastic eyelet on one piece. In the end, it all worked out.
These were mounted on the rim of a motorcycle. My first use of it caused the wooden frame to fall apart. Considering their low price, they seem reasonable, but I wish they were more durable. It's ironic that they have one purpose in life, you would think that they'd stand the test of time. As a result, I gave it two stars instead of one because I did not scratch the rim, so, although I no longer have rim protectors because these ones are chewed up, they did provide the security I needed only once, and that was enough.
