Does this set of rims fit a charger scatpack with brembo brakes?

You will be able to clear the Brembo brakes on a Scat Pack charger.

Also, do the bolts come with them?

That is not the case. My stock lugnuts were too wide to fit, so I had to purchase some narrow ones. It cost me $50 to get them at a discount

Can these be used on 275 tires?

For the rear tires, I am running 295

Are these wheels compatible with the lug nuts I need to purchase?

This depends on which vehicle you are driving. A lug's design depends on the vehicle it's installed on
