My centercaps began to peel after eight months, then they looked fine for the next four months. After calling Touren, the representative said that the wheels are covered under warranty for a year, but not the centercaps, so they were unable to assist Is it really less than 1 year and the centercaps have already peeled? There has been a manufacturing defect. A reputable company would stand up for their products and resolve the issue. I now have a shabby looking set of wheels. This wheel is not for you.
The window for returns should be extended in order to examine a full range of defects. They were a fantastic price back in September when I bought them My intention was to use them for winter tires. Only concern I had was whether they would clear the larger brake calipers from the "Performance Package" as I bought these wheels one inch smaller, as it made sense to me to have a bit more rubber for better After they arrived, the first thing I did was to put one on the front hub, followed by one on the rear (although I had opened and inspected all wheels, only one was used to inspect the clearance). I was not concerned with any issues there and the quality overall was good, again at a very competitive price. The next stage was to purchase my winter tires, which I would not be able to purchase until Thanksgiving (Black Friday) at Costco. After buying the tires and having them installed the first week of December, I discovered that one of four wheels had the holes misaligned, so even though it was bad weather, I had to drive back hours later with the original Once again, I checked the model number of all wheels and indeed all had the same number, so this was a manufacturing defect. After on the phone with Amazon for 30 minutes, they agreed that even though the return window had passed since I only needed one wheel replaced, I still could return the wheels. It's nice to have I went back to Costco a second time when the replacement wheel arrived and had the remaining tire mounted and done the four wheel installation only to come back for rebalancing after two weeks. That's when I found out the rear wheel The roads in Michigan are great! Thanks you. Those wheels look the real deal on the car, I must admit. It is just that I hope I do not have to replace them all within a year, especially since I cannot recall any particular pothole that caused me to have to replace mine. When you get them, you should try them out immediately, all of them in your car, and be extremely careful when driving on bad roads, as these wheels seem to be softer than regular wheels.
I cannot fit these in my vehicle. This item cannot be returned. This is what the seller says. My car's wheels should have been installed before mounting tires in order to ensure proper fit. Making a return decision based on that information. I would have been damaged and in a used condition if I had opened the packaging and installed all 4 wheels to check the fitment. In the same way, they would not have been accepted for return. Despite searching Amazon, I did not find a return policy which states a 50% refund can only be given if the wheels have been damaged or used. As soon as I printed the return labels, I realized the company had a return policy. While I did not agree with the denial of full credit for the product, I should have been advised of the Amazon return policy prior to purchasing the merchandise on the Amazon website. I have the following reasons for doing so I determined that these wheels would fit my car by using the Amazon and Touren wheel configurator tools. It took me about two weeks to mount tires on wheels and prepare to put them on the car. One wheel damaged my brake caliper when I put it on my vehicle, so I removed it to prevent further damage. To alert the company of the problem, I contacted 4WheelOnline using Amazon Messenger. After talking to the company's return person, I was told the system indicated they should fit. Therefore, you can process a return at this point as they should fit. I tried to recover the packaging from the tire shop so I could ship them back, and he sent me return labels. In the past, I did not know that denied returns would result in a 50% restocking fee. Since Amazon, Touren, and 4Wheel Online all indicate that these wheels will fit my car, I do not consider it my fault that these wheels did not While mounting one of these wheels to check fit, the brake caliper on my passenger rear wheel was damaged due to improper mounting. It is not my fault that the wheels did not fit, so I should receive a full refund. It was my expectation that the fitment tools would be accurate when I ordered these wheels. Nevertheless, I will only receive half of the total refund, and I should receive the entire.
It's really cool to have rims like this! They were mounted and adjusted, but I had to buy a lug nut kit to complete the installation. But I am not complaining since other places sold this wheel for up to $225/each 16". The price is terrific, and at such a low cost. These wheels look great on my 2016 Mazda 3 Sport hatchback, and it has now added even more style to its appearance. During the installation of these wheels, the tire shop told me I had good taste in choosing these wheels and that the style was very appealing. The wheels are excellent. I highly recommend them. On other websites I have been able to preview them, but usually they show only the Chrome or the black, leaving me curious and eager to see how it would look It is very nice to have a silver and black color scheme.
I was told these would work on a Subaru Crosstrek, but they don't. It feels as if the rims are shaking after mounting & using I'm going for a test drive. It was a waste of money and time You can't go back in time once you mount.
For the price, they're quite good the only issue is that one of the four we purchased was warped. A few months ago, I reached out to the seller and requested a replacement. They replied slowly to my inquiries so I contacted them about once a week at first and then every couple days. The message that you should receive it in the next couple days kept appearing for a few weeks. At the same time, I bought new tires and spent a couple hundred dollars on mounting them. In my conversation with the seller, I expressed my concern about trashing the new tire since it is the one that is My truck was going to end up losing a tire mounted on a wheel, so last week, I had to purchase a new one, and they were happy to let me do As a result of my experience, I urge you not to expect any assistance but rather to expect a whole lot of runaround.
