There is no connection between the two
would not use them because they are too wide and you need 8 inches or smaller to fit 31. I find it difficult to get them to air up.
I have 33/12 50/15 wheels which are off set and sit more on the inside than the outside of them, they work great on my 2000 Jeep TJ I hope this makes sense

There is a good balance between the wheels. It's a nice rim for the price.
The rims have some dents and kinks, but there is no damage to the paint.
The shipping box was well packed.
It is light in weight. My weighing of the wheel hasn't been done, but it seems to be very sturdy so I would guess it's a bit heavy, but that's exactly what I needed for my Jeep Wrangler. I also love the way it looks! The product is exactly what I wanted.
The trail rig fits perfectly in it, and it is perfect for playing in the mud when we are trail riding.
Our lifted Cherokee works just fine with them even though they appear wider than what we originally thought.
This is a great representation of what Steelies are and what they should be I'm very happy with it.
It was well suited to 35x12. A set of 50 mud tires for the Jeep. The price is reasonable.
