To be honest, I haven't tried Meguiar's nxt generation insane shine tire coating, but I do love Meguiar's g190315 ultimate insane shine tire coating. It seems to hold the tire shine a lot longer than the others, but I'll give the one you asked about a try and report back.
There's no way to know how long any wax, tire product, or other product will last on a vehicle because there are so many variables to consider, not the least of which is the vehicle's environment. That said, you should be able to get at least a few weeks of use out of it.
I've never tried it on whitewalls, but given that it's a tire shine product for rubber surfaces, I'd say yes. As a test, apply it to a small section of your whitewalls; it should shine like it does on all black tires.
Neither, but it does contain silicone and is designed solely as a long-lasting tire dressing rather than a water-based vinyl or rubber product.

It's really simple to use; just spray and wait for it to dry, and you'll have that insane wet tire shine look like in my photo. No sling. In the rain, it holds up well.

The key to making any tire dressing work is to clean the tire thoroughly so that it can adhere to the tire for longer life and to prevent slinging of dressing. You won't have to worry about slings getting on your car if you use this product. If you wait just a few minutes after spraying it on, it won't go away. When I applied this product to a clean tire and waited the recommended amount of time for it to settle (a few minutes), it was still there a week later. But. Since the year 2000, Mcguire's has been my top pick. This was the first time I'd used it in 5 years, and I was pleasantly surprised. The surface is very shiny. But. Big wheels require more passes because the coating is oily and must be rubbed in and spread with a sponge. After 2 hours of washing, drying, and applying the shine, it flings any remaining on everything while driving. The aerosol spray is a little too strong for breathing around. It has a lot of detail, but it could use some work. It's possible that I'll return to my previous brand.

That's a lot of water- look. If you want a glossy finish, this is the product for you; it says right on the can that this is the glossiest finish Meguiars makes, and it really works!.
