How well does this fit with ?

You should be able to fit them. Using both a 18/9 rim and an 18/10 rim to mount the tires. There was no problem fitting the tire in either.

There are a few things I don't like about them, but I think they're loud enough because my exhaust is louder anyway.

A great set of tires for a daily commuter

It's the same tires that I have on my WRX since I drive it every day through 45 miles of canyon roads. These two have lasted me about 40K miles without a noticeable difference in performance, and for about $100 less per tire compared to my Pilot Super Sports. I would say that these tires are definitely worth a try.
