It is primarily used for running AC through a transformer In the case of stainless, I recommend ceriated or thoriated tungsten, or a trimix type.
China is the location where these are manufactured. As of today, there are no sources in the United States for tungsten or tungsten electrodes.
The amount of amps you are using would depend on how high your current is. The aluminum did not burn out when the amperage was 270 or more. I was pleased with the results.

It's almost impossible for me to use anything else but Midwest Tungsten electrodes. I really like these and they're a fantastic value. The same applies to electrodes with 8% zirconium. On the side, I own and operate a small fabrication business. 90% of my products are aluminum and zirconiated tungsten has quickly become one of my go-to products due to their resistance.
In my experience, 2% Thoriated is the best I was pleased with how it worked. In order to weld aluminum properly, I decided to use 2% lanthanated wire. However, I decided to give 0 to welding aluminum since I enjoy it. Zirconiated 8% was a test. As soon as I found the Zirconium I noticed how hard it To sharpen them, I used a diamond wheel and had to work harder than when I used The point was well made, but the way the article kept to it was really impressive. There was a bit of a ball when it came to increasing the cleaning balance, but overall it was better than Lanthanated. I am definitely going to buy more pieces in the 1/16" and 3/32" sizes. The price is a little higher, but it is.
I have a favor for the zirconated tungsten for aluminum, even more than the lanthanated. As an added bonus, these are a fraction of the price of welding supplies at the local store. I also like that there is no cranky lady behind the counter!.
This is the best combination of white tungsten and aluminum I've accomplished, it balled well and maintained a little I liked the arc control and the fact that he wasn't wandering.
Is just like I described it. In an attempt to TIG Weld 1/8 Aluminum, I have been working on it for the last few weeks. My results improved as a result of these.
To learn tig welding aluminum, I have been practicing on my own. It is a good idea to experiment with It has worked for me when I have used this White.
A very nice storyline.
I have only just received them, so I haven't had enough time to use them. It seems to be an excellent.
