These items and the matching fuel regulator have been used to harden, silver solder, and light braze with a Smith Little Torch. I like it a lot. If you are considering buying it, I would strongly urge you to reconsider. This is due to the high cost of oxygen cylinders. The oxygen and propane I usually use are both portable. In order to get one propane bottle, I need to go through about four oxygen bottles. It costs about $17 to buy oxygen bottles this week at Lowe's. The price is 50 cents per unit. When I returned to my local welding shop after standing in the aisle with four oxygen bottles and trying to justifiably justify spending $70 plus tax, I put them back on the shelf.
