My workplace utilizes these items on a daily basis. The valve cores do not need to be removed to deflate tires. The valve stems of some valves can be problematic when removing valve cores as they age, and this procedure helps prevent that issue.
The tool is very useful and easy to use. It's only downside is that it's small and can be easily lost. It would have been great if the strap was about 4" long and attached to a pocket clip.
As a result of not being able to attach it to an easy-to-access key ring, I only gave it 4 stars.
The majority of Milton's tools, including this one, I like.
I use it every single day. The best tool for bikes, they can also be used on A/C units and other devices with schrader valves. I use it for my bikes, but it also works well on other devices. Its best feature is that people with big hands and fat fingers can use it. Its second best feature is the hole on Side B. The side with the hole screws ON the valve, and a pin holds the valve open to let air out. The wrench is attached to one side of the valve and the hole to the other side. Therefore, you won't have to remove the valve physically, but you can screw it on and come back later, or just let a little pressure out without having to remove it physically.
This is a great product. Just like I used to use it as a kid. This way, you can replace or tighten valve cores and it will retain its shape. There are not enough words to describe what I like about this one.
