Out of China, just a fair amount of machining takes place.

It appears that Milton does not have a logo anywhere on the tool, only on the packaging. It has a cheap feel in hand but does You need to think of a pocket clip for it.

The valve stem for an evap system on a car is not for use

My search did not lead to what I was seeking. This article makes it seem as if you could use the tool to remove the evap system valve stem on a car. can't do that!.
