It seems to depend on which socket manufacturer you buy. Skit length has never been a problem for me You are unable to get exact measurements because we do not have the tools to do it.
The oxygen sensor can be removed from most cars with this device
The oxygen sensor will work on all cars that have a 7/8" oxygen sensor since they are all made the same way.

There is no use for the offset wrenches. The only reason I bought this set was because it came with an offset sensor wrench that I could (supposedly) use with my 1/2" breaker bar. Unfortunately, the offset wrench is just so flimsy that it simply spreads apart and slides over There is the advantage, however, of using a 1" box with the 22mm socket because it is so large. There's a torque wrench at the end of it that lets you remove the sensors with a lot of force. It did not spread apart like a wrench with an offset. Using a chrome socket, I removed all four 02 sensors on my 2006 Silverado with a 5 mm wrench. My engine is a 3L, and I didn't use the thread chasers that are included in the kit. Therefore, I have no idea.
On a Mercedes Benz GL450, this tool was used to remove the downstream oxygen sensor located on the passenger side (right). Within two days of my order, I was able to work on my car thanks to the tool that was delivered quickly. I notice right away that the tool looks quite solid and hefty. My luck, however, was that I realized after I started using them that the sockets were defective. The 1/2" socket was a little bigger than 22mm and started to strip the oxygen sensor heads. The head would have been destroyed if it had been stripped completely Until the damaged O2 sensor is removed, I would have to remove the catalytic converter. Using a 1/2′′ breaker bar and a 1/2′′ to 3/8′′ adapter I was able to remove the oxygen sensor by using the 3/8′′ oxygen sensor socket (which had a better fit). The set I received was damaged and I needed a new one, so I returned the It is my hope that the replacement sets will not.
Applied this to a '14 F150 and it helped make the job easier. The forward sensor on the driver's side is notoriously difficult to remove, so I was able to remove it easily. Have this handy in your tool box if you're going to put off the repair for a day or two.
My O2 sensors were able to be replaced fairly easily with this combo, but I will have to spray some good thread rust breaker oil on the old sensors to make them easier to remove, and I really need to get extensions/swivels to reach a few of them. The chasers were not necessary to use as I did not need to use them.
There was no snug fit between the sockets. After a bit of struggle, I managed to remove the oxygen sensor with a pipe wrench.
Give you all the ways to get to an oxygen sensor even I highly recommend this product.
Keep it up, and I will buy from you later.
