At the tip, it has an id of 1 1/16" and at the base, it has an id of 2 1/8" its length is 3 1/2"

The company I'm building will be able to provide - It appears to be a chaffing system and even though the openings on the mesh screen are sizeable, I am curious how big they are. Could you please give me a measurement?

There is a fairly fine mesh on the screen, but it can be removed and replaced or you can just remove it and leave it as is if it is what you need.

The quality of this product is excellent

A funnel fits and stays in the fuel tank filling opening of any gasoline burning vehicle in the U. S. If the fuel fills all the way to the top of the opening, yes, the seam will leak near the base. That's not how a funnel is used though. half of the funnel is filled with fuel, even in the case where the funnel is half full, it does not leak. It is well-made and made of heavy steel gauge.

It is a very useful offset funnel, though light in weight

It is well designed and functions well in certain situations. It is not nearly as heavy as the one I bought 20 years ago (American made) but it should still hold up over time. This new one would be far more affordable than the old one.

This crankcase filler is well-made. It is very easy to use and filled the crankcase perfectly with oil on a 4964 Western Star powered by a Cat C15 Twin turbo engine. An excellent job of galvanizing. While removing the poorly fitted fine mesh screen, I also removed the screen that was poorly fitted. There is no doubt that I would.

It was a big hit with the guys. You don't need to worry about gas spills at work with this funnel They will use it when they remember that it is in the work trailer.
