Can this stool hold the weight I am planning on putting on it?

As per ASTM, 250 lbs is the max weight rating. As of this writing, none of the other stools have been inspected or rated by ASTM. My test represents a #250 lb person sitting on the outside edge of the tabletop and it did not bend at all. I have seen other stools with ratings up to 350lbs that would break if you placed them on them for more than Not like other seats, the frame is made of heavy, thick metal rather than paper thin discs. There is also a real 12-year warranty from a long-term US manufacturer, and not from some foreign, less reputable Lifetime coverage is provided by the mechanism. Working on my assignment is a priority for me. It's not feasible to take the chance of stuff breaking constantly as I would if the seats were cheaper.

It is truly a seat for the industrial world

In order to work on my car, I needed something with a wide base to prevent the tool from falling over when bending over. My back has been pain free for several hours after sitting on it. The seat is big, firm, comfortable, stable and thick. Rolling on these casters is smooth and effortless thanks to the double row of ball bearings. There are no problems making turns in fact, you may not even know there are wheels there because it glides over rough terrain so smoothly. It is the closest one I have ever had. As I was hesitant to purchase due to the price, I am very glad I did. The Company AEHaas.
