Some less expensive models are made of flimsy stamped steel, but this one isn't. The item itself is not a problem for me. br>The drawbacks. If you're going to use it in the United States, make sure you specify a transformer. Although some Launch models are 110 volt, the vast majority of these are 220 volt. A 300-watt transformer was included in my purchase. You'll need to purchase an additional 110V to 220V transformer to power both the unit and the ultrasonic cleaner. I would recommend a 750 watt model, which is not expensive but will add a few dollars and time to your order unless you order it at the same time as the machine. On Amazon, you can purchase one. Trigear appears to be a reliable brand. br>The transformer that came with the unit has a European/Asian plug on the cord; you'll need an adapter or, like me, you can cut it off and replace it with a common grounded plug. It's just a pain. As a result, the power supply is a hassle. I'd prefer it if they included a 750-watt transformer with two 220V universal outlets, so it's ready to use right away. br>There are Chinese and English versions of the documentation available. Some of the documentation is only in Chinese. The setup instructions, as well as which adapters to use and how to use them, are a little lacking. The running directions themselves are sufficient. There have been no issues in the 16 months since then. The tester accomplishes the task at hand. I work in the marine/outboard industry and install a lot of Bosch 4-stroke injectors. There were no issues at all. The unit is simple to use and does a good job of accuracy. The machine helps me find a lot of leaking and clogged injectors, which saves my customers money and helps me build a good reputation. Many engines have been discovered to be malfunctioning, and the boat has been towed from one repair shop to the next. Finally, the engine arrives at my shop, where it is tested, cleaned, and replaced filters, as well as an injector on rare occasions. This device enhances my appearance. I had to fix this quickly, so I had to glue the piece back together before I could use it. The tester itself isn't always reliable. When used with the proper cleaning solution, the ultrasonic cleaner performs admirably. br>br>For top feed, the fittings and adapters are fantastic. The sidefeed rail and adapters are a total pain to work with. The customer service at OBD SHOP was excellent, but the product itself was lacking. Do yourself a favor and SHIP DHL if you purchase this item. Otherwise, expect a delivery time of at least 6 weeks.
