There is a grage in Georgia where I leave it. The weather is not as hot as it is in Texas, but the humidity is just as high. No progress has been made with this stuff so far.
As far as durability goes, the material appears to be pretty tough and should stand up to rolling around on gravel well. Whenever I have to kneel for work, I use mine since we can unfold, at our discretion, as many or as few sections as we
If the mat is folded, it is 7" thick, and each panel is only 1 3/16" thick instead of
I used mine twice on cement driveway to work on a Wrangler cement, and it tore up after the second time. The software is now used only inside the company There would probably be no problem if it was a really smooth surface

Added an edit lowering my original rating from three stars to one star because I cannot seem to get a response from the manufacturer as to why the product has a warning on it. I have written to them three times, and the most they have said is that the mat can be used No matter what they do, they will not harm you I ask them why the product requires a warning, and they are polite. I bought this product to use indoors, even though the description mentioned outdoor use. There was no warning you could find on the Amazon page for this product, and the packaging (which contains a warning) was not visible, so I learned about its possible hazards not knowing it can be used Three stars because it does seem to be acceptable for the outdoor uses described, but had they clearly stated that it was unsafe for indoor use, I would have given it four stars. It still hasn't been returned yet I'm waiting for a response from the company. There is nothing I can do I am It is exactly the right size for me.
My motor was running great until last week when I heard a terrible noise. I just rebuilt the motor and I am now wondering if it needs a tune-up. The transmission was pulled from the car after it was towed home. It wasn't too bad because I am familiar with the job, but, man, it kicked my ass from laying on the concrete in the garage and grappling with heavy stuff under a lot of pressure. The pain lasted for several days and my wife kept telling me I should lay a towel down before I reinstalled it (don't they know we're going to complain regardless? The pro-s came to my attention because of the following One of the best things about the lift mat is how It's great that this is available! Basically, if you're stuck in one position for a while tightening those hard to reach bolts or whatever, you can fold it a few times and give your neck a little support. By far, the best purchase we've ever made. For this kind of stuff, I used to have a creeper, but I sold it when I had to relocate last year, but this is so much more convenient because it folds up and out of the way and you can bring it anywhere. I don't care about the ability of the creeper mat to roll around, so that's the only advantage it has. Anyhow, this mat that cost me $22 is a luxury I wish I had acquired years In addition, it is just wide enough to support both shoulder blades, but not so wide that it takes up too much space or makes cleaning difficult. In addition, the cutout of the carrying handle is quite nicely done, and it doesn't feel like it will rip or anything like that. In fact, it turns into a nice seat that has enough room on each side to set tools if needed when fully folded. I can easily work on my motorcycles when I have this tool. While this is a relatively simple product, it really does make a great impact. The garage mat may seem like a small thing, but it can make a crappy job like pulling/installing a transmission just a little bit better (besides getting drunk to the point where you don't care). I apologize if this droning has annoyed you. This would be a good thing to do, not the getting hammered drunk part when working on important parts of your car.
You can fold up this bag, tuck it in with a Velcro belt to keep it closed, and you'll find a handle carved into one end of it. It is quite narrow, as you can see in the photos, which makes it difficult for an adult to use in most cases. There are less than 2 feet between each end. I bought this as a pad to use while doing plumbing and other tasks requiring me to kneel or lie on hard surfaces. As soon as I received it, I realized that it was foam, not safe around hydrocarbons (e. g. Gasoline, propane, It seems like there is a risk that I face if I do any soldering or brazing while I'm on this pad. In that case, I am somewhat disappointed, as I had bought it for that purpose. It's hard to understand how they can market this as a "mechanic's mat" once you see the warning label on the back.
While the timing was good, I tried to get the numbers off and order it before the shop got back to work on Monday. I found the drive in a gravel lot to be uneven enough, but I never felt the gravel and was able to cushion my head, knees (and was able to see all the way! A) a camper moves under it because of the camper materials. Taking it with me on my camping trips and folding it up. The pads I received are 4 stars for durability, because I have not used them for long-term yet, but I think they would be useful if you need some padding for your knees, like I do. It was no less impressive to be able to get under my Camry to install a trailer hitch on concrete, too.
I bought this for my guy after he got tired of laying on huge pieces of cardboard that were always too big, bulky and just a hassle to drag in and out of the garage, and he doesn't like using A few seconds are all it takes to fold this up neatly. Because I didn't think the foam construction would hold up, I placed 3 heavy bins on top of it for 2 weeks and it didn't give me any problems. I was entirely satisfied with it after that tiny test, as it would last for years and years. I recommend this to all my friends. It is incredibly comfortable, doesn't slide around, and is robust enough to use on top of a gravel driveway without puncturing or damaging anything. well protected and comfortable while he is working on my '05 Mustang, especially when they are adjusting the suspension or doing brake repairs. Storage is easy and he has easy access to it, so he always has it at his fingertips. I'm impressed with the quality and design of this product.
