Despite my love for standing desks, I have flat feet, so it isn't nice to stand for too long and wake up with I was able to eliminate my lower back pain symptoms with this mat because it is large and has a cushioned surface. There are probably more expensive mats you could invest in, but I can assure you that my needs were met with the one I purchased. The average time I spend at my desk is three to four hours I work 4 hours a day, and this helps me out greatly!.

I am pleased with how this mat came to us. It made the space under our kitchen sink look beautiful, as we used it as a floor covering. In addition to vinegar and cleaners, we have spilled some liquids on it that cleaned up quite When we installed the mat, we also had to cut it to size, but all we needed to do so was a pair of heavy duty scissors and a wall board knife. I'm a pet groomer and am on my feet 6 to 8 hours a day. This mat has made life a lot easier for me. There are problems with my feet, back, and neck, and this has relieved some of those complaints.
