I'm looking for a couple of these j1772 adapters for a project I'm working on. Hyundai is a South Korean manufacturer of automobile Kona EV! So. It works on several Tesla chargers that I've tried. As a result, I believe it is a good "lifebuoy" for When there are no other options and only a Tesla charger is available in an emergency, this is the best option.
This electric vehicle adapter is extremely useful. Tesla has a large network of charging stations all over the country, which is no secret. So having one of these Tesla j1772 adapters in your EV trunk is a great idea!.
The first impression is crucial. I tested this adapter with Tesla destination chargers and the Tesla Wall Connector and found it to be of good quality and well-made.
This adapter fits my Chevy Bolt EV perfectly. It provides EV owners with more charging options. I've also had no problems using it at Tesla destination chargers in Orlando; it's well worth the money!.
While using it, no problems were discovered. Users of electric vehicles will find this useful.
It appears to be in good condition. Although well-built and made of high-quality materials, it was incompatible with my Tesla HPWC and Kia Soul EV. When I try to use it, the HPWC's LEDs simply turn red, and no attempt to charge the Kia is made. It's either defective or incompatible, so it's being returned. Note that my HPWC is set to 80A and is connected to a 100A breaker, and it works perfectly with my Tesla at 48A charging, indicating that the issue is not with the HPWC. My Kia can also be charged using a 240V 20A J1772 adapter in my garage, as well as any public charger.
This one is ideal for my Bolt because it's small and convenient. However, make sure you check the current setting on your Tesla charger.
It turned out to be an excellent investment! I can highly recommend this adapter because it works perfectly with a Chevy Bolt! It's small and easy to carry around.
